Unfortunately, the poll doesn't allow for nuance. I'm sure, like me, people only put her down there out of technicality. She's still very attractive despite the current results.

She’s not, it’s just on this forum, she just doesn’t have a lot of followers here. On Cari’s Patreon she is much more popular. Penny on the other hand is popular here, but near the bottom of most other polls and rankings I’ve seen.

That’s just not possible, Penny is number 2 at best. Nancy gets half credit for Pennys and Dalia’s buns for making them. Therefor Nancy is still my number 1. All the girls are gorgeous, but I'd rate Alex and Penny just ahead of the rest. But that's as much due to their personalities as for their appearance.

I'm curious about other platforms, do you have a link to anything recent?
All polls I've seen where Annie isn't dead last were made years ago (back when she was far more relevant to the plot) or had a catch all "harem" option that ruins the results.
