That’s just not possible, Penny is number 2 at best. Nancy gets half credit for Pennys and Dalia’s buns for making them. Therefor Nancy is still my number 1. Unless Cardi trolls us with their bio dads ass reveal and I have to dock a quarter point from Nancy .

August at the earliest, November at the latest. Doubt it'll slip next year unless something comes up.
