By default, everyone is a virgin (until they lost they virginity) and that is not a speculation. I did not make the rule about the tags, I only mentioned it and I did not asking for this game or any other games to be slapped with any tags either.

But yeah, it is pointless to discuss about who is a virgin and who is not since it will be speculative at best. I don't really care who is virgin or not, or the tags, as far as I am concerned this game is an adult game.

What I know as the player (based from playing the game), all the female LIs are known to be single, does not have former relationships and virgins so that this game is wholesome harem game, except of course Nancy not a virgin, but still a single mom (missing or dead husband).

While that would be entertaining to watch, i doubt it was Axel's dad.
Pretty sure monitoring the game is way below his pay grade as the de facto highest in command, with the founder only shining through absence and commanding the Pretorians (i doubt that anyone besides the founder and maybe Idriel can do that).
And seeing how fast the kill command was given, i think the highest possiblity would be the founder, which seems to observe the MC with great interest from the very begining...or Idriel, which also seems to have a her own plans for the MC.

The only way i see how Axel's dad could be responsible is if they set Benjamin on sort of a black list, because they had enough of covering his ass time and time again, but i think Idriel or the founder are more likely.

Even characters who are mothers and thus can't be virgins often have backstories where they are as untouched as possible. Where they had sex to get their children, their partner died/divorced/ran away shortly after and they haven't dated since. Nancy is even an example of just that kind of backstory.

I personally find the insistence for most of the cast to be virginial maidens, while also being insanely attractive women well into dating age, to be quite silly. They already have an IPatch and a dark route, and it seems they've also planned a taboo version where I suspect the kid comes into play as well. They also seem to get off on brutality.

I doubt the game will ever get that far. They will likely milk for another couple of years, or until all of their patrons get tired and quit paying them for wallpapers.

I have a new favourite game. Yup, this one gets the 1st spot. I stopped doing everything I was doing today to keep playing this and no, I don't feel sorry for doing so! I'm still finishing 3rd chapter but already wishing for many many more. It's been quite the time I've found something worthy in these porn games. I've been downloading numerous games and trying them just to experience a mediocre dialogue, boring characters, verdana font text like the dev doesn't care for what he's doing and grinding stats for one boob pic in like chapter 5 of some dumb game. I've been studying Japan's medieval era and was planning on making a game of the edo era with samurais, ninjas, shoguns, with betrayals, twists, lots of cool stuff but I lack the resources.

I've no idea but Wicked Rouge is similar to what you're describing. You can try asking the devs there where they got those assets.
