Up to a point I can understand Orion being kinda blase about his near death experience because he immediately got healed and discovered his latest new power, and this kind of story-telling tends to brush off the real heavy stuff anyway.

Being so non-chalant about going on dangerous adventures in Eternum while having traveled there directly seems beyond stupid. They know that dying when you've traveled there via implant generally doesnt have real world consequences, Jerry obviously has done it several times and is fine, hell iirc you and/or some of the girls can die depending on the choices you make and all that happens is you lose your levels in game. Nobody has any clue what would happen if you died while having traveled there directly and Orion hasn't even at least tried experimenting with a goldfish or something. You can sort of handwave away the trip with Nova with them getting caught up in things and forgetting that they traveled there directly but there's no such excuse with the trip with Dalia.

It kinda feels like the devs decided on the Dalia and Orion/Hyrilar stuff and then wrote backwards from there, even if it makes Orion incredibly dumb for taking that kind of risk, not just with his own life but with Dalia as well. My suspension of disbelief hasn't been this strained since that ridiculous claim of One Piece airing a series finale when we all know that series will still be going strong a thousand years from now.

Also I never really noticed before this update but Orion's proportions really need some adjusting. He's got these jacked up diesel legs the side profile of his abdomen is *tiny*. Kinda distracting when he's taking someone on an express trip to pound-town and looks like he's about to die of starvation while simultaneously possession quads that could single-handedly end world hunger.

Hehe yeah it's exactly what I was trying to say by servers. I mean, we already know Earth and Eternum are in different dimensions. However -like you- I too think Hyril'ar is also in another dimension. So Gems can't be in Hyril'ar just like the way they can't be in Earth. Because Gems belong to Eternum dimension. Not to others... and it means the 10th Gem must be in Eternum.

In this theory, at the end of 0.8 Caly teleported herself and Orion to Dimension 3 aka Hyril'ar. This perfectly explains why he couldn't use his powers to teleport their bodies back. Because as an Immortal he can only travels between Dimension 1 and Dimension 2. Yes, he can be in Dimension 3 but it's just because of Caly. In other words, If Caly can teleport Orion with her to Hyril'ar then I think Orion can also teleport Caly with him to Earth.

Another reason to look forward to next episode, eh?

Yeah thats why im thinking that thanatos needs Caly too to get there and I suspect thats why hes missing that stone.

Like Orion hes unable to travel their on his own.

The gems already were present in the elven dimension in the past if calypso‘s story is true and may even originate from there

Nope, one gives points with Nancy, the other with Nova and the third choice gets you an annoyed look from both. In the end all three just get devoured by the discord mod...I mean Phil and that is it. The only other difference are a few different dialogue lines on the ship.

replayed the first chapter to refresh my memory and see what changed.

wasn't MC a virgin before coming to see Eva ? I think I remember him saying to her that it will be his first time. and maybe her also saying the same, or that she is still a virgin on Earth but not in Eternum ? but there was nothing about any of that now. was I hallucinating it ?

now that we know the extent of Annie's true power, there was no need for her to be careful with Benjamin. she could have easily oneshot him in the back and he would never know who killed him. just like Jerry never know who killed him when she obliterated the planet side.

Also, is Orion stronger being in Eternum with his real body? Is there any benefit to him? It just looks like he is risking his life each and every time for no benefit other than convenience.

he can come and go when he wants. he doesn't depend on exit portals anymore. that can come in handy if he gets locked up or stuck or trapped and can't get out.
also, right now, it seems he can't die. every time he is about to die, he teleports spontaneously. and that might not happen with an astral body as he could die in the first xenomorph attack.

-I think Calypso is a special case, she probably can be Transported to the Real World, but similar to my Magical Accessory/Clothing Theory; loses her Magical Abilities. The end of the Update Cliffhanger shows her Realm isn't even in Eternum, so I don't think she's restricted to just that Area.

MC can still use his teleportation power on Earth, and he might be able to use his boost power too but he never tried, so there is a good chance Calypso can keep her powers on Earth too.

I expect almost all scenes to be threesomes from 0.10 onwards

why limit yourself ? what about foursomes, fivesomes ?

it was not Hyas, but it was weird that Thanatos didn't use Hyas there. if he wanted to kill MC for sure, there was no reason he wouldn't use it and oneshot his enemy. He could also kill Calypso with Hyas instead of chaining her.

- MC can be immortal according to Elven Princess but is needed to be checked as MC can get injured.

immortal doesn't mean you can't get injured. it usually mean you can't die, or you can't die from old age. or in the game, it refers to people that are descended from the bad guy from Calypso's story, and who can travel to Eternum.

- MC is immortal or not is a reality check game needs to have cuz players don't understand how did he survived bullet who nearly killed him ??

players do understand how he survived... he teleported himself next to Calypso, and she healed him. that's literally explained by her at the start of the update...

- MC should have discovered his power to teleporting in a better way like in panic situation rather than when he got killed!!!!

dying is a panic situation...
and awakening to a new power when you die or during a fight, both are very common tropes. none is really "better" than the other. it's just your bias and preference

good point. though i was thinking some more after posting that comment and thought maybe hyas has the same twist as dione. so its power is not that it cuts everything but rather that it can transform in any kind of melee weapon and that the reputation of cutting through everything comes from thanatos strength just like how diones reputation of never missing target is due to novas accuracy

it would be boring if it was the same. the fact that it's meles is already a good limitation compared to Dione that is ranged.
there might be a strict condition to using it properly as Thanatos doesn't pull it out in every fight. maybe it consumes your life or your soul to be able to cut through everything ?

Dalia is still pretty friendly with MC in that timeline... MC even has a nice picture of her.
Penny seems to still keep in touch too. though not as close as her sister as there is a whole ocean separating them.

My theory would be different.
Calypso couldn't teleport herself to Hyril'ar either.
it took a life or death situation where she pushed her magic to the extreme. but if that was enough, the Elarisil ritual should also have been enough to allow her to teleport herself.
the one variable that wasn't there before : MC.
maybe Calypso and MC needed to combine their teleportation power together to be able to jump that far.
but there was no portal on arrival. so maybe it's because MC was about to die that he teleported both of them, boosted with her magic.
whenever life or death is involved, MC gets something new.
the fact that he can't travel back probably means he needs Calypso to do it. or that his power is sealed in Hyril'ar ?

we don't know if it's stronger, as dione is much more flexible from what we know, and you can transform it into a very powerful gun that can oneshot the kraken.
and i'm guessing Hyas is not easy to use as Thanatos seems to avoid using it when he thinks the doesn't need it. either there is a heavy condition to using it, or there is a cooldown or something like that ?

Yes the MC was a virgin. He will state that when he talks to nancy when they have sex in the elvator i think but only if you did not had sex with Eva or Maat. I only know that because it was like that in my first (blind) run, maybe its the same for you and if you play "perfect" you wont get that dialogue instead he will state that he has some experience.

Hmm maybe this conversation was in the roman pool with nancy and not in the elevator, im not entirely sure at this point.

Orion states in the elevator lewd that this is the first time he has sex outside of eternum in any way.

Annie mentioned that shes sometimes just frozen/overwhelmed/in panic which is kinda fitting for her too. And the Benjaming situation involving the rape probably felt to real for her to act appropriate.

I fail to remember who it was, but someone stated that dione is the weakest of the atlas weapons. I think it was either thanatos or william bardot .. hmm or a praetorian? Maybe someone else remembers?

Im not sure about Hyas, maybe its just not thiiiiiis great for literal fighting but he used it against the werner company and i doubt he really would have needed to use it instead of other sword/whatever in this situation, these were just some goons.

Why would thanatos think he needs hyas against weak humans but against orion a weaker blade is fine?

A cooldown could be possible i guess, or its just more of a tool to change servers/dimension and less a amazing weapon.

yeah i agree on the boring part. what i now wonder is that maybe he cant use it indoors, i already deleted the game (needed space on my laptop) but someone maybe remembers, the first time they meet (orions first session with dalia) did he use the hyas because if not then only time we see him use it is outdoors, maybe there is connection there.
