Dumb question - are there specific video files for the scenes that can be pulled out and edited within the folder structure. Poking through the thread, it seems like maybe not, but if so, let me know where I should be looking. Thanks!
If I got your question right, then yes.Eternum/game/archieve.rpa contains every single video as a short .webm.To extract them, you can use Unren.Once you're done, you will find them in game/images/video

Yes, there are 3 folders that contains all the video files:
  • images/video
  • images/video06
  • images/video07
  • images/video08
You need to unpack the rpa-file somewhere, then mirror the folder structure and files in the games folder for those files you want to change or edit.

You can find the tools you need for unpacking rpa-files here: https://f95zone.to/threads/modding-renpy-101.2434/

So i have a question about MC's powers

I assume it's going to be something along the lines of:
1. The person in question finds their unconscious body (either as a phantom or "clone")
2. They just disconnect like usual (Orion would be seen as a portal)
3. (The most likely IMO) They would be forced to "disconnect" which would be similar to being "excommunicated" AKA it can harm/kill them

The other possibility is that it would be like a player logging off outside of a portal. I believe if a player does that they lose all there in game progress similar to character death. I would have to play the game from the beginning to be sure.

Another possibility is that it just won't work. Maybe Orion can only teleport the "real body" of a person, not their "implant projection" or whatever we're calling that.

Pretty he has himself left Eternum via a portal without having arrived via one.
You mean when Orion 'accidentally' arrived at Gideon Cook's house? And also came naked.

But I'm still confused about that scene. Where do Orion's clothes come from? We know that he can't access Ulysses' inventory system when he enter Eternum via teleportation.

Astral projection. Info dump from William Bardot after Alex 2nd scene.

He logged in via his implant apparently (in his sleep or something like he said)

He entered as a projection so the system still works even if he didn't logged in via the normal way (likely has something to do with the implant flagging the system if your projection ends up in Eternum as a way to maintain the illusion of it being a game).

No, he had an OOBE. It's just that the system likely kicks in as a way to maintain the illusion of Eternum being an MMO in case a player suffers a severe bleeding effect and ends up in a case similar to Orion's.
If I remember that scene correctly, it was Idriel who dragged Orion to her realm. So would it be possible that the "portals" are her doing as well? If they are just a manifestation of her power it wouldn't be so strange that he can access his astral inventory when she calls him.
