Pin this guy in the front page ! Or it's what i would said if it was actually a thing here. Defo need a link in the main postEternum Music Restoration Mod
TL;DR of what's below: Download mod > grab game folder > put in eternum folder. Unless you've unpacked the RPA you won't have to overwrite anything
Ok it seems that the game prioritizes /game/audio/music over the .rpa version, so all that needs to be done is unpack the zip, grab the game folder and drag it into your Eternum folder. That should restore the music back to the original songs. I've tested it on a few songs in a freshly unpacked 0.8.6 version (windows, specifically) and it played the original music.
Unless Caribdis has to remove more songs again in the future, this should be futureproof and safe to use in all versions from 0.8.6 and above to restore the music that was used in 0.8.5 and before
This! You are doing God's work. From now on, the new update will only be uploaded together with the music mod. If they think they can take away people's fun, they are deeply mistaken. Copyright holders can fuck themselves.Eternum Music Restoration Mod

you are not correct.actually... if i am correct. having duplicate files in the gamefolder that matches what is inside .rpa files, will cause conflicts. you can have either or, but not both at the same time. but i could be wrong. (i had that problem when creating a Mod for a game a while back)
just came here to see if someone made it yet. you were really fastEternum Music Restoration Mod

Wonder if he will bring the game to Steam now, seems like a no-brainer and considering he wants everyone to be able to enjoy the game, $100 fee is really minor.Royalty Free Music TOS prevents the usage of any track for anything pornographic (which unfortunately AVNs fall under). The only reason Cari got away with it for this long was because the game was flying under the radar compared to the AVNs in Steam. However, considering that the game continues to become increasingly popular and with more fans alerting Royalty Free Music artists about the game through mentions in the YT comments, it was only a matter of time until the CnD letter showed up.

you might have missed some as there are 51 files that were changed.Eternum Music Restoration Mod

If it was Daz3d or blender then of course it could appear on Steam, but HS no.Wonder if he will bring the game to Steam now, seems like a no-brainer and considering he wants everyone to be able to enjoy the game, $100 fee is really minor.
There probably is at least one other dual song that got changed into a single song, since there were 4 removed tracks (pilgrim1, pilgrim2, riofluye, riofluyeb), I don't really have an idea on how to change those, unless I also revert back the origina script to play both songs, which seems possible since caribdis splits his scripts per episode anyways. The only minor concern with that is that if he ever updates the script to fix something. I mainly just wanted to throw out the first edition rather quick so that it was still available.you might have missed some as there are 51 files that were changed.
and luna's scene in 0.7 has two files "pilgrim1" and "pilgrim2" that were changed into a single track "lunasex1".
Important Update: Changes to the Game’s Music
Hey everyone,
I wanted to take a moment to share an important update regarding Eternum’s soundtrack. Due to a licensing and guidelines issue with a music platform, we’ve had to remove all of its content from the game. Unfortunately, this means that a few of the tracks you’ve come to love will no longer be present.
However, thanks to the incredible effort of several community members, we’ve replaced those songs with other free alternatives and AI-generated pieces to try to maintain the game’s atmosphere. This wasn’t a choice we made willingly, but a necessary action to ensure the project can continue without complications.
Keep in mind that the new version 0.8.6 doesn't include any new content—the only change is the updated sound.
Resolving this issue temporarily paused development, but we’re now back on track and moving forward with 0.9 as planned.
I truly appreciate your understanding and support through this. I’m sorry for the inconvenience, but I hope you’ll continue to enjoy Eternum as we keep improving it.
Sincerely,
Caribdis

Money is what powers the world either you have it & get what you want or if you don't have it you don't get shit.Just compared the new songs to the old ones, and while they're decent, they don't hold a candle to the old ones. Sadly, most first-time players won't end up using the restoration mod and thus will never experience some of those amazing songs, all thanks to greedy copyright holders
In this case it's usually the copyright holders who sent the CnD, not the artists themselves who prolly don't even own the music anymore (and most prolly even don't even care that people like Cari use them for their work so long as they pay for the license and shit).
fuck those fuckers they should be grateful for having their music feature in this game and get more recognition. There is plenty of music I would not know about if it was not for this game.
and that's Nova's themeSilverware especially. Such a fire song that fits this game so well.
Silverware's still in the game. It's Drown Inside It that got nuked.and that's Nova's theme
Fuck them
thats a Nova's them too, so as I said , Fuck themSilverware's still in the game. It's Drown Inside It that got nuked.
Sadly trueMoney is what powers the world either you have it & get what you want or if you don't have it you don't get shit.
