I've played the whole game 0.7 version but I didn't come across any scene with MC and Alex, can someone tell me how to unlock it?

Her last scene was in 0.6, not 0.7. If you missed it, you likely lost her route or chose something wrong in the dialogue options.

I don`t understand hype with this game. Boring dialogs, Not the best HS renders. Yes good story...But it`s boring.

Hmm, cool opinion I guess. Catalogue this into the overrated/overhyped list and try out something better maybe. I personally find it really entertaining but if you find it boring guess I can't do anythin' 'bout that.

Yes. You got my point right in this humble sentence. To me, this is just overrated/overhyped. But I respect any work or other people’s opinions. For me, the only worse ones are those who give ratings based on value judgments of personal preferences. Therefore, I’ll add that the game is good, not the super best triple AAA great story and yummy scenes like most of writing here, but good, but for me it’s boring.
why don't this game has a gallery feature that lists all the scenes that have happened.. I don't even know what I have missed...

It does have a gallery feature, and it even labels stuff as locked if you haven't seen it yet. You click on the heart icon at the top left and either go straight to gallery or the specific girl and then her gallery.
