I think introducing non-LIs at the start of the game makes sense because you want to give sexy content to your audience and you don't want to rush the develop the LIs in the game. This is why we got Eva and Maat in the early chapters.

But I think after the LIs groundwork has been laid, pivoting from them to a non-LI will just waste time that could be spent elsewhere. No one will want to see a scene between MC and some random girl he just met - they will want a scene with a LI in its place.

if Carib does do that, I think a lot of people will just be disappointed.

I can see Idriel being chosen - although she is not technically a LI (like Calypso), she has been established as an important character with ties to the MC in some regard from the start.

Side Characters are fine for early spicy Content. Which is the only reason why Eva and Maat exist. But now we are in the progress where the relationships and the sex scenes get more intense with the LIs and this would mean that a sex scene with a SIde Character would also need to be more intense.

And imagine some Side Character gets a fully fleshed out Sex Scene at this point instead of Dalia for example. Because the workload would probably be the same, just put into a different character. And just thinking about it sounds strange.

Is there a way to know in which chapter I'm at, in any given time? I like to how where I'm at %wise in order to not rush the game when I'm in the last 33%. How ~long is the game in this current version?

I don't know for now, we're both way closer to Nancy age than to the age of MC, so it take some will to get in MC shoe at the start, but at least he's likable. And because she don't plays (at all) videogames, nor that she reads any SF, the dystopian MMO plot can be a turn off.

We both are really new to his genre of game, but the did "Hooked!" together and we had a wonderful time (a more "easy to imagine" plot).

But one thing is for sure this game is for all gender, I just feel that we won't have the patience to reach the 5/10hrs mark which could be the moment that she imerge herself in this wonderful game.

Remember that I'm only half thought the game, but I'm also a heavy SF reader. For me a world where a big corporation, worth XX trillion of dollar, can "read my mind / give signal to my body" is prettyyyyy dystopain. Getting laid or not

EDIT : If Eternum, as I understand it at this point in the story, was available IRL, I won't touch it of this exact reason (and I'll hate myself everyday for missing this experience, but you have to do what you have to do)

Ulysses corp could be calling ALL the shots, but they're not. Real life today is worse. IRL they'd be using the implant to determine exactly what you want in order to sell that info, and how to get you to buy what you don't actually want besides - and they don't even provide an alternate universe to which you can temporarily escape.

Heh, same here, I'm playing this with my wife (who's not into AVN, but the plot here is so captivating that she immediately got hooked in) and we're also treat Nancy as somebody who could be our colleague, while the rest of the cast is like carefree children doing some wild shit xd

Kinda speaks volumes about the game itself when people outside AVN/gaming world can just jump in and be immersed into the story in a moment.

Definitely agree with this. I find it surprising how many other adult games are set up with ALL of the girls being slow burn so you have months if not years go by with zero sex. It doesn't matter if the primary love interests are not early conquests as long as SOMEONE is. That means you need a few side characters who are easy if you want all the main love interests to be harder. Alternatively you could have some of the main love interests give it up a bit easier than others.

Caribdis seems to have done a bit of both and I think he's generally picked a great balance for the pacing. Even the hardest to conquer girls still got some naughty scenes relatively early. I saw the progress tracker up over 90% for the next version, crossing my fingers for an early Christmas

If Orion revives via Caly and said revival comes at the cost of her botching her ritual or some other negative consequence to her, then that could result in Caly becoming genuinely pissed and (temporarily) leaving the group. If that ends up being the case then I don't see a scene happening between them until they patch things up (which might take an update or two).

Hmm, I recently had an idea about Caly... what if the moment from the preview where Orion walks alone in the hat, maybe there will actually be a scene with Caly?

I mean, he will get there with her help and like you said they may have disagreements and at some point they will start to get closer and she will bring him back to life (maybe for a little while?) it could be that surprise scene that was not guessed
