Be careful what people tell you, because it may not be true... I can assure you with absolute certainty that women do not like being "told" what to do as much as you don't.

I've been with my partner for over five years now, so i'd hazard a guess and say she's pretty into me

If i sat here and hypothetically told her to stop going to the gym, or reading lewd books or playing games on her phone or whatever bullshit thing you want, i'd expect a fucking slap, not her fawning over me even more.

Call me a feminist, simp, white knight, whatever you like, women have autonomy, they have their own likes and interests. If someone enjoys working out, whether it's for aesthetic reasons, because it helps their mental health or quite simply they enjoy it, not one woman i've ever met in my life would appreciate being told not to do it.
