Kind of curious why you think that way because I had the opposite impression. He took the initiative when he was with Nancy and its the same with Dalia and her bet. I think the point the game tries to make is that sex in Eternum is equivalent to sex in real life. You may of course disagree with this but thats the premise of the game.
I do agree with you about all the foreplay though. It gets repetitive - we had basically the same scene (blowjob) with Alex, Dalia, Nova and Annie and we only foreplay with Annie and Nancy in the previous updates. I think at least with Nancy and maybe Nova the game could have gone a bit further. I think the sex progression levels of handjob -> blowjob -> ... -> vaginal sex -> group sex and blueballing like we got with Nancy are overused tropes in these games and I dislike them - I think they make sex scenes in these games feel repetitive and boring. I think the scenes/progression should match the personalities of the characters. I am fine with Annie and Luna requiring foreplay scenes before going all the way but I dont think this is necessary for the other girls.

I am not suggesting we should bang all girls one after the other - I am suggesting that it would be great if the scenes changed based on the personalities of the characters to offer more variety. Not all girls in eternum are as sexually open as nancy and not all the girls are as reserved as Luna at the start so tailor the scenes based on the characters personalities instead of following a linear progression. It does not make sense for Nancy to act like a shy virgin schoolgirl and it does not make sense for luna to act like a slut from the very beginning (although she might towards the end). So how far we can take it should depend on the characters not on a fixed checklist of scenes.
For example in Pale Carnations (I bring it up because it was in your signature) Felicia's first lewd scene during the club visit with Ian/Mina was very different from the birthday sex scene with Hana. And it makes sense given the character personalities. These are scenes outside the context of the brothel that the characters did out of their own free will and the scenes were varied enough to not feel repetitive.

In the latest version of the game the number of main girls were 7 and I think I saw somewhere that there will be a total of 9 girls I don't remember where I saw it but I'm not sure if it's legit. I also tried to sneak a question to Caribdis if how many main girls will be in game and this is what he answered:

Now that you mentioned that I think that there was a scene in the game were Calypso told Orion that she was trying to recover her memories in some kind of a lake or a river.
I think that too about Thanatos. And in kind of sure we didn't meet the character yet. He looks like an interesting one because he has some kind of honor, even when he thinks of law of nature to rule everything, because he didn't killed anyone (just stabbed you to take the game) and then just forced Calypso to open the portal. This means he doesn't know that he will need Calypso to open the doors of Acheron.
But how Thanatos entered Ogigia? If he is a hacker like Nova it's a big coincidence, and if he is sided with Founder and Praetorian there is no point in spare your party, and he doesn't look to be working for Syndicate, so, another faction? Or he just found a way to enter? And he looks like Bulma in Dragon Ball tracking down the Gems.

And the katana with the blade red as if being really hot, maybe it is Hyas, is the only sword so far that it looks it could, but I don't like this theory because probably MC will found Hyas and give it to Dalia.
I think Eternum is real, but the "real world" (ours) it is at least something different. Remember that Calypso tried to enter and she say she couldn't. And we are the only ones being able to use Exit Portals (she can't).
If the Syndicate tried to communicate with us in both worlds, and Excommunication means death in ours, looks like Matrix. But with the other things I said I prefer to think it like Parallel planes or worlds that in some way aren't the same as the worlds (servers) in Eternum.
The Alien event in Annie's Date made clear that Eternum was before launching it. And it needs real time reparations like our world.
If you saw the anime called Log Horizon, then the players that Isekai with their body to the game world are immortal, but the npc leaving there aren't. This makes me thinks of something similar here, the Immortals that Calypso meant are because the can't reset character over and over again and maybe if you have the Gems of Doom you can "hack" Eternum world rules.
My theory so far is that the Founder had a wife that was about to die (our world), so he followed some kind of myth and went to Greek temples and found the Gems of Doom. But he couldn't save her in time, so he used the power to create a path to this plane called Eternum because he wanted to recreate her or something like that. As a GM he created some stuff like a game, but he probably lost the power once used and needs other one to gather all again.
So maybe you are the chosen one (because you don't want power for bad reasons) or maybe you are the son of the Founder and her wife, so everytime you die or failed they restart everything with the Gems. And the Syndicate could be the bad ones or someone that were with the Founder in some time but then fractioned (the know about the loops).
But I don't have a lot of info to support my craziness, YET.
