Yes you just have to download the newest version and you'll be able to load your previous saves. However, if you used a mod in the past you'll have to download the updated mod too otherwise your saves will be broken.

For Calipso, I think she would go with Alex first, not only they shared some missions already but Calipso thinking Alex is a half-elf would be a "strong" reason for her, I believe, but we'll have to wait and see; first MC needs to show the princess why Anima went for a human
