I could see a scene with Nancy taking on a more dominant role, maybe Orion being tied up and Nancy interrogating him before allowing him to finish. We know she is suspicious of Orion's relationship with the other girls so this could be a way for Nancy to learn what he's been doing, and would be a first step towards Orion's sexual exploits becoming known in the group. I wouldn't mind Nancy becoming his partner in crime for a while, and her helping him ease the other girls into the harem thing by seducing the other girls into wanting to share Orion. Like a mommy teaching her kids to share lol

In the places I've been in the US they took it seriously. I'm old enough that it's obvious I don't need to show ID, but more than once been in line while someone else got checked and refused.
More importantly, neither Chang nor Orion seem the type of people who would try to deceive someone for the sake of a beer.
Better explanation, maybe: they're from the UK and did not realise drinking age isn't 18 in the US.

Maybe. But there won´t be incest in the game, so Nancy talking her own daughters into being in someone´s harem does´t seem likely. I can see the domination kink, though.

Patreon rules says you can't show explicit incestuous sexual acts. Nothing says it extends to writing though, so her talking to her daughters about forming a harem with Orion is still possible.
Not to mention the harem end is still in the cards so...yeah.
