Cari hasn't released the cards for the Eternum characters. So if you want to make fan artwork, you'd have to either use completely other means like drawing yourself, AI and so on or you'd have to create the characters in HS 2 yourself trying to get as close to the original as possible.
you gotta download 1000 gigs of honey select mods lmao. not to mention it takes a lot of time and effort to try to replicate just 10% of cari's quality
Last progress was...I think slightly over 60% or so...like 62%, I'm too lazy to search for it now.
OIAL had less planning involved overall so it's easier for Cari to rush things. Kinda harder to do that with Eternum since he has all the major plot beats from beginning to end written down this time around. Plus he was motivated to finish the former quickly because he was working on it on aging hardware (he was using a potato laptop and a slightly modded version of HS1 ffs) and he wanted to move on to a better workstation and a better engine with the latter game.

Yes, this is a mainly linear VN with some freeroam elements. It is by no means a sandbox game.

I think the other would immediately disappear, since IIRC the bodies cannot stay too far away from each other
There was something in one of the early updates about a timeout and losing your stuff and maybe damage to your RL mind/body if you don't use an exit portal.
well usually it takes like around 6 months or so per update so im guessing inna month or 2 it should be out
