I like sex scenes as much as anyone but personally I think he's done a great job pacing the game, including having a decent number of early lewd scenes and then leading up to some full sex scenes (most of which are really top notch IMO). I don't mind that Annie and Dahlia haven't fully given it up yet. They'll get there, and have already had some lewd scenes, just haven't fully sealed the deal yet. I assume we'll get some threesomes in the somewhat near future as well based on his previous game and some of the dialog we've seen from the girls in this one already. We already sort of had one if you count voyeurism (the Matt scene).

I think my only real complaint if I had to nitpick would be that the game is pretty linear. I'd like to see a bit more branching so that choices seem to make more of a difference even if many of those paths re-converge at some point but the story is good as it is anyway.

But for one-on-one scenes, I can see why there would be a sparse amount of content in the first half of the game. I love the slow burn, building relationships kind of thing. However, I've seen that sometimes culminate into an end result of very few scenes, with most being teasing and only 1, maybe 2 scenes being actual sex. Especially in games where the sex scenes are simple without options to change angles or positions, this is not super satisfying.

Groups scenes aside, I'm hoping each main LI gets at least 3-4 total sex scenes, as in actual sex, in addition to the 1-2 scenes of teasing they all have. Especially characters like Nancy who literally says she is going to let herself go wild and fuck the MC 6 ways to Sunday. If the dev is really "motivated by the writing" and doesn't give Nancy more scenes, that's kind of hypocritical, no? Characters like Luna, on the other hand are more shy and romantic. It would be totally reasonable to only have like 1 or 2 more scenes with her, but those scenes would be more passionate/romantic and meaningful.

The biggest dev mistake I'm dreading is relationship backpedaling (Future scenes with characters who have gone all the way already reverting to scenes with just teasing with no payoff). I see this a lot when a dev attempts to appease those who want more scenes.

I think the opposite, I think sex should be the end of the route. Once they have sex, where do you go from there to spice it up? Without getting into kinks (which not everyone likes), you are limited in making it more interesting than the last one. You have different positions and role-play. The only thing else is including more people.

A game I thought did this poorly was Sunshine Love. The build-up between the MC and the LI was great, but once they had sex, they carried on having sex for the next few updates and it lost its appeal each time. They already accomplished what they wanted, they were just doing the same thing over and over again. COBD also, towards the end, felt like they were just having sex for the sake of having sex.

I think Eternum would be best with a slow teasing (which it has), then one (or two) crazy sex scenes each (which it pretty much has/is heading towards), and then it evolves into the harem content (which is the natural conclusion to keep things spicy).

Hmm i kinda see it more like him. I think teasing scenes are fine and good or like the alex progression teasing/flirting -> blowjob -> sex. Thats a good progession.

But these dumb thighjobs or assjobs like with dalia or annie are just unecessary and suck imo, they feel like artifical avn sex progession imo.

I would have even prefered no lewd with annie in the mc's room over the thightjob while the stuff at the space station felt appropriate. Dalia and the MC should have had sex in the western server (its not even real sex anyway ... probably ... ).

Assuming we're going to see threesomes at some point, I'll be kind of curious whether we just jump straight into those or if they'll be set up by some girl on girl stuff first. Don't recall seeing any of that so far in this game.

This is fine with me, as that particular dynamic is far too bizarre for the otherwise casual interactions the group enjoys
2 sisters, on the other hand, seems completely natural, and could result in some great bickering, I hope this is possible

As far as what happens after the full emotional sex experience, group sex and harem discussions quickly become boring and too unrealistic
Because of how easy everything is, there's no real payoff or excitement
Its actually kind of gross because the characters lose their humanity
The way to continue the arc after sex, is conflict between the members of the group, and slow acceptance of some kind of compromise
Having one member that is more accepting of their status and provokes the others into kinks, submission, casual nudity, affectionate hand-holding, etc

I personally feel that Nova's scene at the party is one of the best of the whole game for now, if not the best. It's precisely the tension between what's pulling them together and what's holding them back that makes it so incredibly erotic.

These kind of scenes make me shiver with antici...

I don't remember seeing scenes of just teasing after the characters had sex. Nancy in a bathrobe isn't even a scene, just an opportunity cost Orion had because he and the girls consider getting the Gems and defeating the Founder a higher priority than a quick fuck.

Example: Dalia has three gallery scenes, all teasing, no sex, and the game is about halfway done (if the end is really 1.4 and we're on 0.7. I get slow burn, but three whole scenes, all of which have 0 sex. That's more than I've ever scene in any slow burn game, especially when updates take so long and the cast of LIs is huge so you probably won't get scenes with your desired girl every time. Using this example, and assuming there are only 7 more updates, it's quite possible Dalia will only get one more scene in total. That would make a singular sex scene for a main LI. Just seems too little.

To add a little more to the Dalia example, her last available scene so far gives the option to have sex, but it's the bad option. This is a bad trope in porn games, and should never be an option. Sex should always be the good choice. We've enough sex negativity in most of the world's societies, I don't need it in my games.

Again, not asking for more scenes total, asking for more of the existing scenes to have actual sex, not just teasing. a main LI with three scenes halfway through development, all of which have no sex, with the possibility of only getting one or two more scenes with them total is a little disappointing.

I love that this dev has such devoted fans, but that devotion seems to be hindering folks from getting the point. I love this game. I'm going to continue to support the dev financially, and will play this game multiple times. It's one of the best VNs I've played. It is because I love it that I'm being critical. I wouldn't waste time on something I don't like.

Then how about you just wait and see and write a review when the game is finished if that is what you're afraid off?

It's not like Cari will change his plans due to you (or anybody else here, let's be honest) writing something in this pirate forum. He will write the game as he sees fit and he will include the scenes he has planed. Those can either be enough for you in the end or not. But complaining right now that there MIGHT not be enough scenes in a game that is - at best (or worst) - two thirds done with most of the scenes obviously still to come, is a bit...silly.

And we're not having things getting silly around here anymore:
