Ask a lawyer?Can you even consider it a copyright issue when he bought the rights for the songs fair and square and that it was the music distributors who screwed him over by changing ToS to no longer allow AVN devs like him to use their songs?
I guess one might argue, that the only way they can control what the music is used for is because they still hold the copyright to them that they can license out?

He's not exactly "dead"...and the Eternum version of him isn't an AI. Basically his physical or "earthly" body died, and his actual consciousness is "trapped" in Eternum. I think the same about all the npcs,it's more like they all are trapped souls,but some of them can wake up their consciousness

I know, and youre right but with each update taking about 9 months and him saying hes going for 4-5 more updates, that comes out to like 3-4 more years until this game is done. Im not trying to oversell myself here but ill probably be married or something by then meaning i wont be playing this anymore. Theres taking time and theres this. Im sure the game will end just as masterfully as it started, shame i probably wont be around to see it.
