Just to clarify and be pedantic because I’m a little higher on a different spectrum and it compels me to do so, saying everyone is on a spectrum is correct and also doesn’t mean everyone is a little autistic. It's realy shitty, and there's no sugar coating it. But you are not alone, and I do hope it gets better for you. Sending love your way.

Also, because I do not want to be misunderstood, I don't mean to make you uncomfortable at all. My only intention with this message is to make you feel better, if I can. And if I can't, to at least let you know some people care. And if I unwittingly made you uncomfortable, I apologize.
Humans are biological squish bags. There is no black and white, one or the other. Being diagnosed autistic just means you reach a threshold of traits (this is probably the wrong word and I apologize, but I think it is clear enough) that qualify. Some may have some traits but not enough, some may have none at all, some may have all the traits. That’s the spectrum. Spectrums go from nothing to everything and everything in between. So yes, we’re all on the spectrum, no, we’re not all a little autistic.
I’m just defining terms for clarity as I think everyone agrees and things are getting a little lost in translation.
