I think based on the in game hints we've gotten so far, both Dahlia + Alex and Annie + Luna are guaranteed. Just a matter of when. Anything else is possible aside from the blood relations but not necessarily guaranteed. Alex has been pretty obvious about wanting to double up with Dahlia and Luna had a vision that pretty clearlly involved Annie that had obvious sex vibes based on her reaction.

As for the Nancy + Nova threesome that one didn't surprise me after Nancy pretty much smacked MC upside the head and told basically told him Nova's practically begging him to fuck her and he's a moron if he doesn't oblige. Not sure she hinted that much about wanting to join in but she has always given me the vibe that she's down for a threesome with anyone.
