At the beginning of the year there was also an update from a popular AVN with a $100 price tag, and that thing was leaked in less than an hour. In a pirate forum, anything is possible — that’s exactly why we’re here.
That said, I’m generally not a fan of these gigantic price tags for a day-one download, especially from devs who already have a large community and a solid subscriber base. Trying to prevent a leak is ultimately just an illusion anyway. Wouldn’t it be far more productive to make day one accessible to interested new subscribers without these exaggerated prices? Sure, the leak might happen faster, but with a lower price point and a popularity level like Eternum’s, you would 100% gain new subscribers as well, which would offset that — on top of the nearly 8,000 paying members already there. From a logical standpoint, I just can’t understand this approach at all.
