Considering that the Amulet of Blair didn't work back in the Demon Lord version of 0.6 until someone pointed it out and Cari's excuse was that he forgot (he later patched it in one of the tier releases prior to 0.6's Public release), it would be equally hilarious I think if the letter is supposed to be used in this particular moment but once again Cari forgot about it.

Edit: Unless this is intentional and that Orion forgot about the letter due to his low wis stat working as intended. :KEK:

Happy Holidays! Big v0.9.0 release!!! I'm so ready!!!!
Is it compatible with the smartphone mod still/is that updated? And is there anything special I need to do with that? Or can I just drop the files from the update into the 0.8.6 folder, then the updated smartphone mod next, and be chill?

Hmmm.. nvm.. I'll probably have to wait til after it's released on itch next month, for the features mod on there to be updated. Gonna be a while before I can actually download 0.9.0. LOL. Good thing I'm nowhere near the end of 0.8.0 in terms of story progress. A little more waiting won't kill me I guess.
Enjoy it without me for now yall :3 Imma catch up with yall soon [:<
(and then be in pain waiting for the next update after that for however long that is hahaha)

Think of it as hot-cold game. There is a place somewhere on the screen that is the spot you need to click AND HOLD the mouse button on for it to open. The closer you are to that spot, the more the lock will turn before stopping. Pick a spot at random and click+hold on it. Does the lock move? No? Then click on another. If it moves but then stops and starts shaking - stop holding the button and click somewhere close by. Did it move further? If no, go in the opposite-ish direction. If yes, keep going until you find the spot that'll open it.

Yes, the death have to pass the river to reach afterlife. in greek mythology Acheron is a boundary river separating the living world from the Underworld and there are 4 more rivers in underworld. so my theory is Temple of Acheron will connect all the rivers together which will also resolve the cycle. the reason i am claiming that the Temple of Ten Rivers is actually the Temple of Acheron because it's name and the symbol of Ouroboros cause that's also imply of cycle..

this time i think it was intentional cause this is the primary route and of course Cari reviewed it himself before releasing...
i was wondering if you have a better theory regarding what i mentioned in mine.

its kinda wierd i hear this banger music and then come the sandpapers xD did make me laugh a bit

Ten Rivers each corresponding to Ten Gems of Doom.

Could be that each gem is found in a particular "flow" which houses a certain set of realms (or what we know as "servers"). Like a certain flow has the Red Herring server, and in another there's the Styx server.

Not sure if Acheron and Ten Rivers Temple is one and the same tho. That would mean Calypso is mandatory to reach Acheron unless the "Temple" where players are supposed to bring the gems is a fake one and that the real temple is the Ten Rivers one (which is why the Syndicate keeps telling Orion to find Caly in the beginning of the story).

Those are exactly my thoughts about it. In that case the people who build/found the temple are the one who also imprisoned calypso so no one could reach to that point.
