Every LI in this game is amazing, but Luna and Annie are my absolute favorites. The Luna scenes I've played in this update got me so hyped for the upcoming
. Also hope that Annie will have a bigger role to play in the next update, but as usual, I have complete faith in Caribdis' writing skills.

The cliffhangers are gonna be really awkward to go through after the game's finished. I just know it's gonna be a "You had to be there" situation when trying to explain why twists like the one at the end of 0.7 being resolved immediately isn't as bad of a thing as newer fans will think.

BEST UPDATE EVER OF ALL TIME- Caribdis did a amaing job with this update. OH man that last scene though with the news segment was insane. Can't wait to find out what's gonna happen!!
Yeah, i noticed this too and i was a little sad about it
The scene with Luna has new music too and the old one was much better there too. I wonder what is the reason for these changes...

It's still unfinished,but I'll leave it here anyway. Next time will try to make the whole pack
Lan Mandragoran, one of the main characters in Wheel of Time. A brutally serious, no-nonsense warder (bodyguard for what is essentially a witch). He's dismissive of the protagonist at first, begrudgingly trains him, is impressed with his progress (even though he doesn't reveal it much) and gives extremely similar speeches to Arannis about duty, sacrifice, etc. Pic related is the main symbol of the Wheel of Time books by the way and the main plot is a reborn hero fighting against the big, invisible evil in a fight that's happened before. Huge subplot of the books is "dreamwalking" in a dream world where things you think of become real. And certain people have stronger abilities. Mostly women who can dreamwalk.
Towards the ends of the book one of the main characters learns one of the bad guys in the dreams is there "in the flesh" and can actually shift in and out at will. He learns to do it as well. The bad guys can do it via portals.
Also also the main character just happens to have a sort of harem with several scenes that are verbatim same as Eternum such as struggling with himself and declaring he loves them all, which is scandalous.
Also also also the main evil bad guy appears to the protagonist often as a vision and gives him philosophical talks about how it's all futile and it's an endless cycle.
I can go on, but as you can see there's a crapton of parallels. Thing is, WoT is old and engrained so heavily in fantasy with a ton of tropes so it's a biiit hard to judge if Cari is a WoT guy and is borrowing heavily or downwind of the tropes. He does seem to love all the games/things I personally love so I might be projecting a bit. Like, I was thinking while replaying 0.8 before 0.9 there should be a "Skyrim is still going on" joke and there actually was one lol
So yeh, Arannis was extremely similar to Lan. It's just a fun thing to note.
I get where you're coming from though. For me I don't mind Hyril'ar but with 5 updates to go it's just going to be extremely tough to fill in all the blanks you mentioned. I was not disappointed with the update because I loved Hyril'ar but I did find it lacking in terms of, well, Eternum. Felt like it was "Hyril'ar -> get sex scenes out of the way -> write their way out of the corner of the harem conflicts -> set up cliffhanger. Nothing was revealed or built upon. It depends how you look at it in the end. Filler can be excellent, you know.

Okay, with this update it really feels like Caribdis is leaning towards the harem route, right?
Personally, I have two saves. One is my original save, where I decided to try all the content and develop relationships with all the LIs. After finishing one of the updates, though, I ended up dropping that save and starting a new one focused solely on Alex, who is by far my favorite LI.
Up until this latest update, I never really felt like I was missing out on much content, aside from the obvious scenes involving the LIs I chose to ignore in my Alex-focused save. However, after playing version 0.9 on that save, I realized that if you decide to focus on just one LI (depending, of course, on which one you choose), you end up missing a fairly significant amount of content.
I’m not really sure what most Eternum players prefer in general — whether people usually go for the full harem route, focus on a single LI, or just a few without necessarily pursuing everyone. Personally, in games like this, I tend to prefer following individual routes with each LI rather than a full harem, but I know that’s just one way to play.
That’s why I’m wondering: from this point on, and in future updates, is Caribdis planning to develop the LI relationships mainly through the harem route? Does that mean players who prefer sticking to a single LI (or just a few) will end up missing a lot of content?

Can anyone help me, i sure i chose every Calypso + dialogue options, but when i try hug her before portal she push me away, and i cant decidfe to stay one more, i download multi mod, check and change points, but still nothing, do i need to restart game, or what?
i play since i think 7.0 and restart game due to broken saves at 8.0 with thise saves end 8.5 aaand download 9.0 and copy those saves

Fuck the elven trial. I'm pretty sure I have to start the game over cause I don't remember every single detail ( Caly's father's name ?? Is she not 84 ?) and I don't know which choice is the best one... It's surprisingly super hard I've been going through it 5 times...
I hate savescumming but cmon any combo of submissive/honest doesn't work and i'm pretty sure I answered 90% correctly ?? Any crucial thing i'm missing in the way the trial works ?

You might need a new save, it seems like a few people have had this happen and all of them, that I saw, have the multi-mod installed.
Maybe I'm wrong, and I don't want to disparage the multi-mod or it's creator, so someone else might have better info, but I'd advice not using the multi-mod and just using the PDF walkthrough that is available. Mods can often break saves and mess up things, and messing with variables by increasing them and such can break stuff too depending on how it is coded.

Any time I finish a new update from a story I like a lot, I get sad thinking about the fact that I could die at any point and maybe not being able to finish the story.

Only Caribdis can answer for sure how viable a solo-girl play can be, but the game and story is clearly built around going for the harem. Not trying to say you are playing it wrong, but even Alex is keen on Orion getting his harem game on, so why not go for it? Trying to go for a monogamy run in this game seems like needlessly missing content with no gain. Again, only dev can say if he'll add in scenes for such runs, but if I were a betting guy I'd say you are way more likely to miss more content even with Alex than you gain by doing such a run, since I doubt he'll make alternate scene when threesomes come up and any solo scenes you get on either path.
I loved this update. The Dev keeps consistently delivering, and I’m all about the dev’s humor; funny as hell. There’s only a handful, maybe even less, that can keep dropping high quality updates like this nonstop. Well done, Caribdis, you're made for this.
