Most probably a "get out of jail for free" card, like warding a strong attack or something. Probably useful vs the Founder or Thanatos.
yeah, and founder is just hanging around doing nothing and has nothing to do with her state lol. Doesn't make sense to me.
Powers we didn't have even a sliver of until we got point blank to the box that contained Calypso and powers we lost when hers were drained and she was in coma. As for dicksize and whatever the other thing means - something tells me that's not "one in the whole world" case.

Use walkthrough mod, no need to use the cheats if you don't want just use the walkthrough but it doesn't work when you have to click like when you had to fight in the arena when Nancy took over. Also it's a renpy game you also use 0x52. Using walkthrough just highlights the right answer.

I prefer the stylized look of Caribdis' Honey Select models but imo Daz gets a bad rap here because we're so used to devs just throwing together free assets and doing little to no post processing (which alone would fix a lot of the uncanny valley vibes). Daz can look really good if you put effort into learning it.
Because his income is almost entirely reliant on Patreon. We're seeing the world become more and more anti porn so all it takes is an overcorrection by Patreon to not allow any adult content. Plus, Honey Select is copyrighted and nobody that uses it has the rights to do so. I know a lot of people think that using it exists in a gray area, but it's actually a lot more black and white. Patreon income still counts as commercial benefit. The only reason people have gotten away with it is because the rights holders choose not to enforce their copyright, but the rights holders changed a couple of years ago. There's a completely new group of people managing the rights to Honey Select now, and they might have a stricter attitude when it comes to enforcing their copyright.
I don't think Caly can just put somebody else on the throne. She's the princess because she's related to Anima and has powerful magic. Lorelei is just the daughter of a general and Caly's maid. I don't think she'll officially join the harem, but she has shown a lot of interest in humans. I imagine she'll end up staying by Caly's side. If Caly does end up abdicating then we'll probably see the throne taken by that one elf that the MC said was a natural leader (one of the suiters).

Yeah but unless you have the same reach and deep pockets as, say, Nintendo, it'll be a lot more difficult to enforce copyright when a majority of those "breaking" it are overseas. Then there's the fact that certain people who're breaking copyright also happen to consist of people who are paying for your product (coz I'm pretty sure there's a chunk of asset makers and HS1/HS2/Koi AVN devs out there who've purchased those titles on Steam), so going after them means you're basically going after what little customer base you have that buy your stuff, and that's not exactly a good look (not to mention would impact possible sales for your new products in the future).
Can I just say, love Carbdis and love Eternum. OIAL is one of my top AVN's of all time, and Eternum is up there as well. But, the use of generative AI art and images in this latest chapter was a huge let down. I hate everything AI Art, and AI Generative, especially coming from a creative like Carbdis, even if that creation is smut.
I could understand this more from an AVN developer that was less known, and didn't have the patreon/subscribestar or whatever financial backing to afford the odd commission for in game art, but Carbdis is definitely not one of those developers, and could easily afford to pay for a couple of commissions for the art used in game, or even the licensing fees for certain images. I dunno, might get flack for it, but it just felt like a letdown from a Developer who usually focuses so much time and effort into making something actually quality in the space. Otherwise this update was amazing, like the rest of them. Just had to say something about the AI art, as I noticed it right away and it took a bit out of the update for me. Fuck AI "art."

Supposedly its a new group and totally not just the old Illusion company rebranding itself.
Well he does seem like an "endboss" (unless caribdis manages a cliffhanger even after Thanatos gets eviscerated) so I think he'll be sticking around to the end.

Idk about that since where would the Founder come in? Maybe it's like in Bioshock where The Founder is the MC from another timeline? That would also tie in a bit with Caly's story since I think she said a blood relative of the Evil King came from a different world and killed him. Maybe in the story Idriel is Anima, The Founder is the Evil King, and Orion is the savior, but maybe what actually happens is that the savior ends up just becoming another Evil King. That could be what all the talk about changing things this time could mean. Maybe Orion is destined to take The Founders place as Idriel's jailer, but this time could be the one time things change.
Illusion has historically tolerated this, likely because of some of the things you mentioned, but we aren't dealing with Illusion anymore. It might be comforting for devs to hear that this new company won't enforce, but it's not a safety net. Devs like Caribdis are building their livelihood on a foreign adult game company, with unclear IP ownership, that already shut down once, and that could change policy at any time.
The new rights holders don't even need deep pockets to enforce their copyright either. This is what I was trying to say about being so reliant on Patreon. If the they decide tomorrow that they want to clean up their IP usage, they can shut down every Honey Select based VN on Patreon in a week just by sending an email.
Tools like Daz, Blender, and CC4 give you something Honey Select never will: legal ownership of your work. Having ownership would at least partially protect your income if Patreon ever decides to fully ban adult content creators too since you could at least try to sell the game on its own.
I'm a big fan of Honey Select models (especially the ones in Eternum), but if I was a dev, I'd be constantly worrying that at any moment I'd have to cease development of something I spent years of my life on.

Care to explain what was wrong with ai art? where it was used? character designs, backgrounds or what? I am busy in life. Haven't got the time to play latest update yet but I have it downloaded. And in my opinion if human and ai art combined or edited can be good if produced well. I also hate ai art if its badly created. Judging from Caribdis previous exceptional work, Even if he used ai, he may have used it very well.

They're not technically gone, they rebranded themselves as ILLGames and even released 2 Koi clones. It's likely that they're the ones still holding the rights since the Koi clones they released are using several repurposed Koi background assets and HS2, HS1, and Koi are still being sold on Steam and I HIGHLY doubt they would just let that extra money earned from those slide to a new rights holder. And since the people buying Steam are also the ones making content from it (i.e. mods, assets, scenes, AVNs) I doubt they'd shut those down anytime soon.
Patreon can clean up its act like censoring pages and being more restrictive with what content devs could make and whatnot but I doubt they'd go for a full ban. They have every opportunity to do so last year but given the backlash even on Itch.io I'm sure the message was loud and clear that adult content creators and their fans aren't gonna go down without a fight.
I think when that day comes Cari would just retire. 3rd game is likely going to take a while which means another 10+ years of development depending on how long the story is going to be. I seem to recall him saying on Discord that he has enough ideas for 2-3 more titles, but I also saw him say that if possible he wants to do those in an HS2 successor, meaning that he's really stubborn when it comes to using that stuff.
