i dont see it like this, just some exchange about a game we all have good times on it
And yes dev has been most generous in that matter it's just a question about making the good choices if you wanna do a grand chelem. I repeat we are very well feeded with this one.

There's a certain twisted logic to it that makes sense once you understand the true purpose of Eternum. I'd elaborate more, but it seems you're not done with the game yet so I'll hold off for now.

I know this ship has sailed away a while ago but I have a question about the saves.
Last time I have played the game was shortly after the 0.8 leak here end of December, my newest save is dated to the 21.12.2024
After that was, IIRC, the 0.8.5 update released that has wiped a lot of music from the game 'cause of licence issues.
Today I had the desire to play the game again, but not a single save is working.
Did I have something messed with my directory after use sandboxie, or are the saves simply not longer viable because of the mass of changes done to the game?
Otherwise I have no clue what cold be the issue...

hey guys im still on the newest update so I havent read any devlog to avoid possible spoilers, but its been 4 months and the progress bar is showing 26%, did he say something about taking a break or slowing the updates?

Did you use Sancho1969's mod at one point??If you had, swing by https://f95zone.to/threads/eternum-v0-7-5-multi-mod-sancho1969.112023/ and get the save fixer from under the one spoiler.
Short answer: Maybe both. Mods and beta versions lead to corrupted saves very, very often. It's also possible that the saves got corrupted by the changes in music, but I'm much less sure of that one.

I've seen that "O000O00O000OOO0O0" before. Its most likely you used Sancho's mod. Unfortunately, he has been MIA for a while now and not likely to come back to update his mod. If you did use it before, you'll either have to start a new game without the mod or use the save fixer AceOfNiagara mentioned and linked.

A short while back dev got hit by a CnD from one of the royalty free sites where he got his music from, saying he breached their updated terms of service by using their music for "pornographic material" (note that this wasn't in that site's terms of service before, and they only updated it when they started seeing that a lot of AVNs have been using their music and they prolly don't want to be associated with that). Really good VN. I did the full harem route to unlock scenes. Then decided to do a solo girl but it is me or that part of the game is not intended. I understand the sex and romantic scenes will be gone but there were some scenes about the story that are gone too.
So if you go with only one romantic interest the game will reduce the scenes with the other girls to a short sentence in some dialogues? Guess i will go full harem in my second playtrough too.
