There are ways to get around that, if you're creative enough it's just probably not worth the hassle. I can imagine you'd be able to make a patch or, do what Sister Loving did which was add in a cheat code to unlock incest but it's definitely muddy water to tread through when you're livelihood is on the line.
This is probably the most realistic reason. The relationships are pretty much static there's very little ways to get around it. besides "Hidden" scenes through cheat codes or patches but that might be difficult to pull off. I know some people have AVNs where scenes are cut for the "Free" versions but enabled on the "Paid" versions, but as far as I know those are two totally different installs.
Personally I would just be happy with Nancy watching her daughters like the Mom in Sexbot. Voyeur/Exhibition is pretty hot especially if it's not the MC. It gives the sense of deep lust especially for something so taboo.

There will only be one update this year, but the last update didn't take 12 months, It's looking like game is heading to 1 update every 12 months with the ever bigger updates and we may end up not getting updates for an entire calendar year

I have not checked the Game since the last time i played (~December last year). Now i wanted to check if a new update is out and had to read that the time between updates will be ~12month. So is it correct that we can expect the next update ~ the end of 2025?

There's nothing you, me or anybody else can do about it... unless you go to talk and try to convince the dev how important is that he doesn't go to the one update per year way (not that you would succeed). Eternum gets bigger and bigger with each update. It's impossible that Caribdis continues with the 2 updates per year cycle. Yeah, it sucks, but it has to be this way. Besides, Cari is...
Sacrifices have to be made in order to achieve something. Caribdis can't just try to appeal to everyone, because otherwise he will fail no only to his fans, but to himself.

Finally got around to playing some more and that 0.7(I think. If this is .6, man Cari has been cramming a lot of content into these episodes) cliffhanger is crazy.
But yeah. Hell of a cliffhanger. I need a nap.
EDIT: Also those two junkies had to have been sent by Bardot, right? That line about Orion being so cocky after playing Eternum for a few weeks reeks of someone pointing them towards Orion.

I haven't played it since 0.7 but If it's the the one where he gets a nasty surprise at the end. I completely agree. I've been meaning to play the 8.6 update but I don't feel like replaying whole story again right now. The cliff hanger leaves your jaw on the ground for sure tho.

Yeah, it was what I figured. Dude is planeswalking. Urza better watch out.
EDIT: I had a theory that maybe Orion is descended from a branch bloodline from that dude who rescued Princess Anima way back when. Thats why he's meant to gather the Ten Gems. That guy wielded all ten. Kinda wonder if thats the case now. His weird nails could be because he's part not-human/Eldari.

Also marks the second time in the story that Orion upgraded his powers after experiencing death/near-death (the first time being him getting skewered by Thanatos, which coincidentally was what also triggered his fingernails slowly becoming dead).

Yeah his fighting style seems to be something like a reaver but he's clearly able to manipulate different planes of reality. So far it's mostly crossing the veil but based on the fact he keeps resurrecting I'm assuming he can do much more than that. Dude is pretty much a god.
