And I am a Stanley Parable fan...but that scene is the total opposite of Stanley Parable that looks like it was made by someone who didn't understand what made the Stanley Parable good. Horrid narrator, bad story for the part, etc. The sad part is that is was probably the most expensive part of the game too since they probably paid for the voice acting, even though is was bad, so at this point it's probably sunk cost fallacy where it was too expensive to throw away even though it makes the game worse.

the office scene was one of the best parts of the update for real, got me really worried until I understood what was going on, it really makes you value more the things you have because you can lose them if you fail

Thats how exactly i feel originally hated it till the twist.

It was also a bit of a meta joke considering that the choices are probably the aspect of Eternum that can genuinely be criticized the most in my opinion. :HideThePain:

Is there a way to download only the update or you have to download the whole game again and just copy paste your save?

I'm really thirsty for some Calypso content, one of the reasons I was a little disappointed with this update was that we didn't get a scene with her, well that and Orion's stupid choices that didn't make sense to me but anyway, when I read that we would have 4 scenes in the update I was starting to hope that the 4th scene would be with her and then when we had the preview with her in the bar I was absolutely sure but in the end we had nothing... well, at least I think she'll be the focus in the next update, so in the end it all just made me more eager for some content with her.

hello guys, I'm new on this game like literally new, I just found out about this eternum game like a couple days ago and I just love this game so much. (mostly the design art and visual of the character tho) but quick question tho, is this game dev are you know " okay " with the whole game I mean no drama or problem about like the schedule or anything? because I love this game and just hope this game not ended up like other games such as like *cough* agent *ehem* 17 something like that. I don't read this thread because like I said, I just know about this game, so I ask if this game development are fine or okay without any problem so on? anyway thanks for the answer guys, I appriciate it!

pretty okay, new update dropped not that long ago and they are consitent and pretty good. they have a game they worked on before this one and it was completed and no complications for future updates going on that i know of so you dont have to worry. if you want you can check out their previous game as its already completed while waiting for next update of eternum. just look for "once in a lifetime"

No, NPC's turning into a portal after a solved quest like I said multiple times.

I hear what you're saying though, and there may be an explanation in the future.

This scene is still quite mysterious, as there wasn't a portal that Luna could see. Was it just MC seeing things before making his first quick trip to Eternum while awake? It's very unclear whether there actually was a portal momentarily in Kredon, and if there was, that'd raise a dozen other questions about how that's possible.

Caribdis has already released one episodic game and the pace of development of Eternum, while not fast, is very consistent, with lots of content per episode.
