VN Ren'Py Eternum [v0.9.4] [Caribdis]

Pretty sure I made it past there my first play through without buying it but maybe I'm remembering wrong. I seem to remember an option to set off a bomb when you're up there but it's been awhile.

It think you make it past that point either way, but if you don't have the Pendant you "die" in Eternum, so have to respawn and lose some stuff.

I don't remember what's going and stuff has presumably been added/changed in previous episodes. What do I need to wipe for this (and any other games here) so that I can start a completely fresh playthrough without any residue (gallery unlocks and the like) from playing previous versions? Ideally I'd like it to be like I'm playing for the first time ever albeit with the current build. Thanks for any help.

You have to delete your saves in your Renpy folder.

C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\GameName

And the save folder that's in the game subfolder of your Eternum Folder.

....\Eternum-0.8.5-pc\game

Thanks for giving actual help instead of "just delete your saves". While looking at folders I noticed one labeled persistent but I wasn't sure that had anything to do with saves or if it just helps the game work.

That's for stuff that's cross-save. Like unlocked gallery images typically.

So I SHOULD also wipe persistent. Because I want to start completely fresh unlocks and everything.

Be careful of what you wish for, You could end up getting a nasty virus like I did once. Never again will I download someone else's save.

i have a question. because some songs can't be used due to copyright issues, when 0.9 is released, is there any mod that can replace the new songs with the old songs. like penelope's scene in the car , or alex's scene in the apartment. i feel like these two songs are too perfect to be replaced.

It was one of the setting for the earlier episodes, right? And we had the Zenomorphs with Luna and Annie Cyberpunk, but not explored enough there. Maybe we are due a futuristic setting to explore.

Does anybody else think that mega fireball from Annie was a bit much? Some characters may be getting too strong, lol.

The update usually go up by 6% each time - that would mean 68%. However, Cari can do a funny thing...
