Did Caribdis previous game end in an orgy with everyone? The amount of work of doing a scene with 8 people (9 if Calypso is even there too) just makes me doubt that that will ever happen. But it would be the final update, so he might go all out to do an unforgettable ending.
Of course, nothing different. This is porn, and that's the point. Just as there's no way that Nova IRL would have her first time be the way it is in the game (particularly not with someone as well-endowed as MC), the threesome is just as unrealistic. It's part of the fantasy.

No, it ended in a threesome scene with the 2 main heroines (the MC's stepsisters) and the MC. The full harem formation essentially happened in the ending slides (with some slides implying that MC has orgies with the LIs).
While the harem will likely be formed way earlier than OIAL, I'm not sure if he'll pursue an orgy scene by the end given that the presence of the Carters might complicate things. At best it'll likely be implied, with the aftermath being shown instead (or at worst, it'll just cut off right before it starts and skips to the next day where everyone is gearing up for the final battle).

Another game I've played handled this with the virgin girl working herself up with a few dildos increasing in size before sleeping with the well-endowed MC. But in the end, these are porn games, so that kinda thing is handwaved away, and any girl, virgin or not, can take a massive dick with minimal discomfort.
...and we've seen Nova use one, and I think she has some dialogue indicating she's used others. But really, as you say, it's handwaved away as is is typical of the genre, so Biggus Dickus and she are going to have a great time.

I know it´s part of the porn experience, but I still try to always look at this with a hint of realism of what would happen in real life.
I doubt many people have sex for the first time and then their second time is a threesome. But that´s what happen to Nova and it seems it´s going to happen do Dalia too. I´m not complaining at all, the more the merrier.

As I've mentioned upthread and elsewhere, this is one of my bigger (among relatively few) criticisms of OiaL--very little building of the harem; few of the girls knew MC was with any of the others until the grand finale, where we're all one big, happy, pregnant family. There was one other threesome, though, not just the one with MC's sisters. Eternum is definitely doing a better job building up to it.
Fair, but "virgins" (or "inexperienced non-virgins") behaving, well, inconsistently with their stated lack of experience is super-common, and we've already seen plenty of examples of it in Eternum. Some that come to mind:
- Nova's BJ on MC
- And Dalia's, for that matter
- And Luna's
- Sure, a "virgin" could have given lots of BJs, but we know from the dialogue (Nova/Maat, Dalia/Alex) that neither of them had, and there's no way Luna had
- MC and Maat
- Particularly when he's just been blown within an inch of his life
- Arguably, Dalia's scene in the cabin
- Nova in Rushed Break
- As a result of this, I'm not willing to consider either Penny's or Alex's first penetration scenes as evidence of their not being virgins at the time
- Even ignoring MC's size, this just isn't consistent with her lack of experience--or MC's for that matter; while he certainly isn't a virgin at the time, he's had sex a grand total of five (at most) times at that point
- MC with both Alex and Penny
- leaving aside the question of whether they're virgins, this is the fourth and fifth, respectively, time he's had sex, assuming he went with Eva at the beginning (otherwise, third and fourth).

Hi, I too have a really good English level without it being my first language. Just wanted to chip in to your comment and ask you that you do not forget about the times when your English wasn't as good as it may be now, or those that for whatever reason didn't have the chance to learn -- in my case, my parents paid for me to attend an English academy.
I don't agree at all that the value of translation is questionable, more so for games as popular as Eternum -- really, everyone deserves to enjoy it, regardless of what languages they are fluent in. It is easy to get sucked into English speaking holes (not sure if I should call it that) like F95 where the main used language is English, and we tend to forget our own languages exist.
Eternum would be better off with translations, and I hope the dev hires some translators to work on the game at some point.
