I haven't tested it on the non pregnancy game option, but yeah, seems very likely Alex and Penny are carrying a little surprise in their tummies.

Story-wise, Dalia has given zero indication she's pregnant, though it wouldn't be a surprise. They'll all be pregnant by the end, since that's how this works.



My favorite part of the episode was Dalia and Penelope being jealous and competitive over Orion. So good and so lacking in so many harem games where they just instantly love and accept being in a polygamous relationship.
