This update's ending is legit just Sword Art Online. If you haven't seen the show, the news part is probably a huge shock. If you have, it’s kinda just… ehh imo. It’s also funny that the dev doesn’t like the anime but copied its whole premise bar for bar, force disconnect equals death, die in-game equals death.

Also, with that life-or-death threat to the girls, I honestly don't think any of them are going to die. This is a harem game, and some of the ladies and the MC are pretty OP compared to everyone else except maybe Thanatos. Didn't Annie or Luna nuke an entire server of aliens iirc? There aren't too many people that can threaten the group. If Caribdis actually kills someone off, I'd be genuinely surprised.

Sex scenes were fire, but overall, this update wasn't as good as the previous ones to me. Solid 7.5/10!

Have the same feeling about SAO. And I expected this cliffhanger from the start. So yes. This is not WOW cleffhenger, but it is ok.
About death, not so sure. There was a screen from Cari Discord where he said that one of the cliffhangers will be heartbreaking. So, maybe....

I can totally understand why she isn't a lot of people's favorite. Annie was given the short end of the stick in many aspects, including her lack of compelling backstory/central conflict like Luna and Alex, being the "petite" archetype in a harem porn game, having a considerable chunk of her screentime being scared/anxious/not doing much (The Red Herring, Andromeda date, World War Server... it kinda became a running gag in the game lol).

Hell, even her biggest appeal, being the innocent, "too kind for this world", "must protecc" chracter archetype sometimes get overshadowed by Luny who has the exact same appeal but also with a more compelling backstory (thus a more reasonable/relatable explanation for her slow lewd-scene progression), and also having (what I assume is) a bodytype that's conventionally more appealing to a wider fanbase than Annie's. It also doesn't help that Luny has helped Orion and contributed to the overall plot just as much

But the next time you forget just how great of a girl Annie is, remember how much she has helped Orion thus far and how much she has contributed to moving the plot forward. Annie and Luny both share the "best girl" crown in my heart, it's impossible to choose just one. And I can't wait until we get the 3some scene with them.

At the party you can (during the truth or dare part) dare her to show you her tits. But the player doesn't see them. OTS cam. MC does comment on the saggyness tho...

I did the dare i'm 100% sure cuz i'm still trying to catch up with ch.09...
But the saggy tits were never shown,only mentioned like "ooh penelope was right,saggy tits".

Right now i'm at where Dalia is speaking to "The Oracle" and MC killed a woman right before .
