is killing off the love interests really necessary to raise the stakes? capturing them or putting them in a coma can do that too

once someone dies they’re basically an npc so

maybe like in Endgame we resurrect the npcs, beat the antagonists, and live happily ever after

Necessary? Not really, but Caribdas does seem to like upping the ante as high as he can. And there's a HUGE difference in tension level between a death and a hostage.

How many timeline iterations do you think it took for Idriel to settle on the optimum size of the MC's penis? Do you think with each iteration she just makes it a little bigger and goes "Eh, well I guess it can't hurt"? Maybe we could measure how many iterations there have been by our girth, like measuring the age of a tree by its rings.

Plot twist: She's been scaling it down every time. The current iteration is successful because he's the first one who can actually have sex with the girls relatively comfortably.

Does that mean that there is a handjob in the scene now? And is there more cumshot options?
It's a filter in the gallery for finding scenes which feature the selected action. No scenes were changed.

I don't know if we're going to get cumshot options again. Now that we have more animations, creating variation for animated endings means extra animations means longer development time. With the two Alex facials (school changing room and sauna) being so much hotter as well made animations—two of the hottest I've seen in any AVN—I'll take the lack of choice as long as we get some more like that. I get the feeling Cari knows that his audience likes different things—and that not all of us are aiming for pregnancy—so we might not get the ending we prefer with each girl, but I expect some variety. Would be nice to get another good swallowing scene as well. An animated one would be amazing.

Can some one please help me beat the Trial its really hard and confusing
I know people gave you the exact answers and someone pointed out the guide, but what helps is being polite, getting your facts straight, and getting Lorelei as a witness, not her father Arannis. The reason for this is because Calypso mentioned Lorelei before as a trusted servant, so she's someone Orion could put a little faith into.

I actually hate part of that trial cuz it's like, you mention Calypso taught Orion some of their lore and they go all "name 10 books" on you. This update was devilishly mean of Caribdis, because the lesson he gives off for it is: "Have you been paying attention?"

Literally 90% of the choices you make in the chapter that aren't about raising hearts for the ladies is how much you, the player, have been paying attention to the game's plot. Remember the Elf lore? Remember the names of the servers you visited? Do you remember BASIC INSTRUCTIONS and can you properly relay them to heighten the odds of saving someone's life? IIRC Idriel makes a comment of Orion that he needs to pay attention and remember details, and I think this is the first test of her warning. I said it before, I'll say it again: This is the Anti-ADHD update

I also think a lot of the finale of the game is probably gonna involve you taking the very low-chance of survival option to win the day... because Idriel plays out that scenario with the coin flip and door knocking riddles. Can't win by going with the "safe" option.

A major character death needs to serve the narrative. The GOT justification—a good one in my opinion—was that we've all got used to the idea that major characters always survive, which makes it tricky to generate real tension when they are in danger. It's possible, but not as easy as it once was.

That justification doesn't work here. We all know that any death will be temporary and reversible. It was also overused by GOT to the point where it started to feel like killing characters for the sake of it.

And that's my objection to a character death to "raise the stakes" or "add emotional weight" or "motivate Orion". None of these are good reasons.

Raise the stakes: the stakes do not need to be raised. By all appearances, the fate of many worlds may already be in question. Whatever Ulysses and the Founder are up to—whether the same goal or they have diverged—it is something big.

Add emotional weight: Eternum isn't that kind of story. This is mainly a comedy adventure romance. Not a drama.

Motivate Orion: Motivation, with rare exceptions, should come naturally from the story, not artificially from a character death. Also, Orion needs no more motivation.

One narrative justification for a death would be to force a reset. I expect that final victory requires the whole team, so someone dying would mean needing to start over.

Would Cari do it? I don't know. It would be a lot. Whatever argument is made for one character being a more suitable choice, I am confident that any of them dying would not be taken lightly by players. Even those who inexplicably find Annie boring almost certainly would be most unhappy to see her die, and that's the most negative sentiment I have seen toward any of the girls.

I've been reading through the thread a bit and seen people trying to guess what girl will die, but I don't see any reason why it couldn't be multiple girls. Maybe even all them except one or two?
