That is true. Because most games are just default RPG Maker MV 48 px characters and tile maps. When all they have to do is just a bunch of erotic rendered images, I would say it is hard to outpace them.
As a temporary solution, right click on the folder name, type something like 0.0001 and make yourself happy if you feel that the current 0.6 is such an outrageous number.
patreon is fine with porn as long as you aren't too brazen with forbidden fetishes. just put it with the main game. even if there was something that offended them, they'll just ask you to remove it. As it stands, you're asking people to support your porn game without porn.
also: the people you're interacting with now are the people who will actually make or break your patreon campaign. it behooves you to be a little less condescending, even if you feel that people are being unfair or rude.

We've been trying to interpret their rules over and over, also read other people feedback regarding patreon website actions against them and how they react and we decided to stay on the safe side. We think it might be a thin line between what they would allow and what not, so we really want to avoid that phase when Patreon would ask us directly to comply with something.
We had personal bad experience in the past crossing over some other websites rules and they terminated our accounts permanently without warnings, without explanations and without the possibility to correct anything.

Why did you ask the uploader to remove the line "Adult content is expected in patreon only builds" when it's quoted from your patreon page, either update the wording on your page or allow the uploader to use the quote.
Whether the criticism is warranted or not, your wording has put you in the position you're in now, the site is adult orientated in nature, and people won't stand for a paywall just to see adult content.
By the way when releasing something, if it's the first public release of a demo it's always starts as V0.1 or V0.01 or V0.001 depending on how you want to do it, if V1.0 stands as a complete game, with V1.1 or V1.2 meaning added on DLC or content, balance changes or bug fixes, then a game that says it's V0.6 makes it seem like the game is halfway complete.
