Well that's the problem right there, they didn't tweak and experiment, they just used a basic photoshop filter and I guess just said "that'll do". It's not a good look for a 0.1 first release. Apparently they are fixing it but it kinda reeks of another low effort VN looking to get on the Patreon gravy train. Hopefully I'm proven wrong.
i took real photos and bumpmapped them, and then stripped out the glossy lighting. this looks horrible dude, maybe just use the prefabs you bought/stole. idont care.

this is missing anal sex tag. humor tag is subjective as I didn't even crack a smile at the dialogue.
I found the writing to be a bit crap tbh, some of which was just ridiculous for a visual novel as no one says 'ofc' or 'wtf' outloud. that's just lazy typing.
getting through the dialogue was a longer graft than required as you have to constantly click through screen after screen just to get dialogue to come and go every second image, and even just to progress through an awful lot of images that just add a very slight different view, like an old stop and go animation. it could use some streamlining or a lot of mouse buttons will get worn out. as for lighting on some images? no idea what was going on there, especially when you have the scenes in boss' office.
it does have some good points, the scene with scarlet is not a quick click and done animation as it just keeps on going like an energiser bunny, but apart from the choice of using renpy, that's all the positives I can give it.
dev is obviously new to this and will take time to improve upon this very raw remake (is it a remake if it was never fully made in the first place? surely a restart is more accurate? a debate for another feed anyway) but the ideas are there at least and they didn't release a 30 second 'demo' like others have so that's a plus. worth watching for now at least

I was a little confused at first when i saw notification for this thread in my alerts cuz I completely forgot I posted here back in august. Game does look much better now the only painful thing is the writing but I suspect that can be chalked up to not being a native english speaker and the mouse murder frame by frame faux animations. May or may not keep an eye on this one I guess the next update will decide that.

Pretty much this. Constantly clicking to advance the Claymation-like movements is irritating to say the least, and Blaskure, no offense intended, but dude, you need a proofreader.

Ok look I'm sorry if I offended you I was just giving my opinion same as anyone else here. At no point did I ever suggest you give up or stop. However I do suggest you grow a bit thicker skin because I promise you that I will not be the last person to call the engrish script "painful" or say that "it makes their eyes bleed" and flying off the handle when it happens is not the greatest way to react to it. Honestly i highly recommend taking UnoriginalUserName's advice and looking into a getting a proofreader. I'm sure yer thinking "I can't afford that" but that's the thing about the Zone it's a community and there are people in it that will to do proofreading work on a volunteer basis.

there are HS games with truly stunning dames in them...and in this one..an attempt is made to give some a touch of unique..no laziness here..you should d/l HS and try and make some ...then come back and give us an update how it went.
