some reviewers can be too harsh especially when it comes to lifestyles or situations the really dont like ...there are some that if its a female protagonist, gay, or a swap game of any kind they will always give it a bad review because of their own BiasJust wrote an honest review of this game. I was conflicted between a 3 and a 4 star rating, but ended up giving it a 4 just to help soften the blow by the first reviewer with an obvious anti-reading-game bias. I respect everyone's right to their own opinions, and a lot of people in this modern day prefer media heavy games over text heavy, but please when placing a review remember to at least try to keep your biases in mind.
Is this game the best ever? By no means. But I would give it a respectful "Yes, play test it. I don't think it will become your favorite game on this site, but I don't think you will regret the time playing it." to anyone who is a fan of the genre and doesn't mind text heavy games. While there is a lot of room for improvement, its faults are nowhere near as bad as the first reviewer claimed.
Does it count as bimbofication if the MC starts stupid and just kind of stays stupid?Think "Bimbofication" should be added to this, more than just transformation. The MC is a damn airhead, reminds me of a Ben Stiller movie. They literally do every wrong thing physically possible at every moment. Seen a lot of games like this where the MC is just a "dumb slut" gimmich that feels like it's trying to satisfy some sissification kink. Maybe just remove this from the "Female Protagonist" category as they act like a guy the entire time, or act like a guy's perspective of what being a woman would be like. It has some good moments, but those tend to lead to just getting baited into being taken advantage of.
Not sure what's worse about this game, how dumb women are in the game, or how craven men behave. Just a game of dumb girls and terrible men.
I liked that when you do tell him no at the party, Mickie does get somewhat angry and realises what an ass John is and how he's treating him. But then they wake up in the morning and Mickie is all "Maybe it was me that did something wrong, I should call him." like wtf.I really don't like some of the choices being forced on the player, the standout being unable to stop John's advances in general and especially at his cousins party. Like, dude is a total tool and seems to be the type that hates being told "No" but I so badly want to tell him "No" or even "fuck off", also he seems to be more of a fake ass friend IMO.
That thought makes sense if the character has social anxiety. Maybe during the course of the game she learns to stand up for herself.I liked that when you do tell him no at the party, Mickie does get somewhat angry and realises what an ass John is and how he's treating him. Oh it's understandable. Mickie is a self-absorbed, low confidence, needy little sack of shit. Those people exist, they're just infuriating as protagonists. That thought makes sense if the character has social anxiety. Maybe during the course of the game she learns to stand up for herself.
