I like how the conflict plays out in her internal dialogue, usually more sincere than her actions, while in her actions she seems to want to return to her original state. Internally, she continues the conflict and weighs her options.
Maybe she needs a "little push" from John or a "big push" from Calvin to transform her internal doubt into action toward her Little Lil's path.

Man wakes up, finds out his dick is gone, obviously he freaks out, and then strangely immediately calms down, for some reason he doesn't like the feel of boxers underwear anymore, and immediately swaps to women's underwear for absolutely no reason, does the developer not realize men's boxers are extremely comfortable for women... Hell two of my ex girlfriend put on my boxers one time after staying at my place and pretty much started stealing all my boxers, the only time they wouldn't wear boxers is if they were wearing tight pants or going to be doing a ton of excessive movement. It just seems like the dev is a complete weirdo and wanted to sissify the main character in 5 minutes, just because a man turns into a woman doesn't mean his mind is immediately altered, I expected him to slowly adapt to becoming a woman, the instant switch to women's panties just breaks any immersion and makes me think the story is going to become unhinged in just 2 minutes.
