Nope because she is fictional and therefore doesnt have an age. So you can use your fantasy and give her any age you want her to have. I'd like her to be 15 so she is 15 to me. Makes the game more spicy for me

I kind of wish the mods would just put an end to this whole "Is this a depiction of underage?" debate once and for all, and start nuking related posts (including this one if need be).
It's exhausting and non-productive, especially since they do things about content that doesn't match the rules on the subject.

i really like these theme based games (female protagonist/incest/corruption/sandbox) like the old "new paths" or "the wet beggening" (not so much Rpgmaker ^^) without these character models which all look the same from one game to another (Big Brother and his clones, just for example ...)
... so yes it's a little less beautiful, the story less complex, but as someone else said "he at least finished his games!" AND THAT is a huge quality! so go DRAKUS !!

I looked through the comments because i thought people would be angry that this is not being banned. I didn't think this place allowed paedophilia.
You don't have to say anything about anything if you make a sexgame with a main character that looks like a child.
And what do you even mean by "people like you"? It's not like i came here in search for an argument. I didn't even try to attack anyone. I am seriously confused as to how people can ignore how wrong this is or even defend it.

What you're saying makes perfect sense, but don't expect it to be well received here or on any other site like this. People go crazy for loli shit and turn the logical part of their brains completely off. You will be met with a lot of "reeeee just pixels" and "reeeeee just a fantasy" from people who don't understand or simply don't care that fostering attraction to depictions of prepubescent children is like, wrong.
This isn't even the worst case of it, hell that girl could be 17 or 18 and just short. There are much more blatant depictions of much younger children in games that don't get banned here. It's "Against the rules" and some games do get taken down, but a lot of them stay up for some reason. Whether it's favoritism, 1 person making arbitrary decisions, a bunch of different staff making clashing decisions, who knows. Some games add a "loli patch" you have to download from a different site to add that kind of content and that seems to circumnavigate the rule as well.
This is a big wait and see. Nothing really happens except for short scenes and you have to bath at the right time or you have to go to sleep and start a new day for events to progress. Needs something to show you what time it is and defintely needs some work on the script.

So I presume that if you clicked on this game knowingly, for my part what I'm looking for in games is absolutely not what I'm looking for in real life, if I play at GTA it's like a lot of players, to explore things that you wouldn't even have an idea of in real life, launch your car at full speed in the middle of a crowded street, shoot with a rocket spear etc ... it's just an outlet and that' is generally cheaper than drugs
