Some names transcend the cultural barriers like actually is Adam and Eve (they has been used a lot) and same goes for variant of the same name like Luca, Lucas, Luke, etc. I don't think however that a name should have all this relevance impact on a story and I think this is only your personal preference.

Not every japanese or chinese people have japanese or chinese sounding name. One of my best friends is chinese (born in china, lived there for the first 18 years of her life), she travelled to my country for studying. Her name is chinese and difficult to pronounce and even more so write for europeans so she took an official alias (like many of her peers when travelling for work or school), she called herself Alex (and that's also what I call her, she actually prefers this name).

One of her friend is also chinese and her parents liked a movie they saw where the main protagonist is called Eve so that's what they named her. It's literally her chinese name.

This was happening through my game and I started fresh as the saves from previous game wouldn't work, some of them are dream sequences, not sure if all of them are.

Might have a problem, Eve's corruption hasn't moved on from 63 while her dad is at 80, look at the help and it says about taking the selfies at the weekend but I did that and nothing has happened since, didn't even give them to 'grandpa'. Just weird because the last time I played it I got Eve's corruption to 80 at the end of the previous update.

there's supposed to be 4 places to take photos, its bugged and it only shows 3, I have a save with the 4th one after I messed around with the files to make it work but I cant guarantee it will work

Eve is Okay. Why it must have a japanese name? (or chinese as you called it). FICTION... and btw. The athor could call it "ChingChong" or "Dianne" or "C3Po". be more nice to people that place stuff here. FOR FREE! -.-

The artist is doing a great job with their choices. Cant please everyone and there's always gonna be toxic entitled fans ,that i hope the dev knows to ignore.

did you have a variable you had to trigger to get the 4th place to show up? i'm stuck there as well. 63 corruption. appreciate the save, but the dad corruption is so low not sure if it is usable to push on with.

edit: i'm kinda wondering if setting F1X7 = 4 and eveCOR = 64 will be enough. sadly with this scripting, i can't tell what if anything else should change from the event finishing. your save let me see the scene tho, so now just trying to move past

Yeah, I seem to be stuck as well. When I click on the "Help" it still says "Grandpa" still wants to take pictures but I can do stuff inbetween. I can't seem to raise any of my corruption any more.

And does that religious figure lead to anything? I met with her in the house and donated. But nothing has shown up so far.

So many errors, dad in livingroom to get money just loops, no end page, randomly get more pictures in livingroom, when camera shows up, but no end point. Maybe old save issue, but way too much grinding to start over. Some developers never read about other games or play ones to see what is possible before making a game on specific engines.

editing dad corruption with a save editor would work no?
