While technically correct, you won't figure out how to start a robbery without a more detailed explanation.
In your gang page, you must first select 'scout a place to rob' in the 'Actions' section. Then, you must individually select gang members to 'assign to shadow for the robbery' which will only be available if you have previously bought 'surveillance equipment' for them. Also, if the gang members are assigned to previous jobs you must first click 'remove from current job' before the option to 'assign to shadow for the robbery' becomes available.
Pro tip 1, you need 3 shadows for the scouting to 100% be done at the beginning of the next day.
Pro tip 2, as the scouting job will self terminate when it is completed thus leaving the gang members jobless/unassigned, it is easier to assign the 3 gang members you will want to execute the robbery as shadows for the scouting.
Pro tip 3, make sure you have at least 1 stolen vehicle in stock, you will need it.
Once the place has been scouted, it is time for the robbery proper. You will now need to assign 3 gang members for the job. Again, they cannot have a previous assignment/job. You will need 1 money bagger, 1 gunman, 1 getaway driver. Money bagger requires no specific skills. Gunman requires at least 1 gun and as decent a shooting skill as possible. The getaway driver requires 1 stolen vehicle and as decent a driving skill as possible. Once all 3 are set the robbery will play itself out during the end of day report.

That is a better explanation than I was about to write!
A couple of additional tips:
Assign your best soldier as the gunman (it should always be a soldier with the highest soldier level for best results). Keep assigning the same guy as the gunman for the robbery until he gets several kills. This will be important later if you decide to use him as a hitman. After he has acquired three or more kills it is usually a good time to temporarily assign him as a hitman to kill Mabuta.
To avoid confusion, I usually purchase all equipment for all gang members. It is expensive at first but then I don't scratch my head later when a certain option isn't available for a particular gang member.
There isn't much of a reason to have a gang larger than 12 members. The game isn't designed for large gangs. You can only do one robbery at a time so having 50 gang members only allows you to hijack and dismantle more cars.
Mechanics and Soldiers are extremely valuable to your gang. Mechanics are the only ones who can dismantle stolen cars. Soliders make great gunmen and hitmen. The higher the soldier level the better (1-10)!

There are two causes for this:
#1 - You didn't follow the installation instructions on the OP
#2 - The QSP Player can get in a corrupted state where it won't display pictures and/or videos anymore. Save your game, close the QSP Player, and relaunch the game
yeah i know that state of qsp happens too often also. Seems you were right something went wrong with the 0.59 ... downleaded that again now it works. thx :>

It is sad that I came to look for the 0.63 update and found that the one developer is going to leave after his update and the other one retire due to the toxicity of this website and it is not known whether he will continue the game..

I was already retired and was "tricked" into coming back lol. The next release will be big and hopefully worth waiting for.
We still don't know what skybarbie's plans are. skybarbie hasn't been very active on this site for the past two months.
QSP games are tough to develop from a player support standpoint for several reasons. They aren't very popular and they draw lots of criticism (sandbox, real porn, little hand holding, grind, etc.). A lot of players on this site just want to be entertained and visual novels fill that desire perfectly. QSP games require too much thinking, patience, and work for a lot of players.
Just to prove a point (and I'm not complaining, just illustrating a point), this game has been in development since 2019 and only has 19 game reviews and 250+ players liking the OP. Most visual novels, even bad ones, get that many reviews and likes in their first month (one month).
You then have players facepalming the OP because of removed features that are stated up front in the game overview on the OP. Then you have the hate reviews for the same reason without any attempt to understand why it was done. Anyone saying that the original game was far superior is out of their freaking mind in my opinion. If you play them side by side there is no comparison (the original game almost being unplayable due to the very poor English and numerous bugs).
I'll probably shoot for mid-March for a release date. Players are having to wait longer due to the longer story. I am very busy working on it...

Maybe I should write a review. And I generally never do ... I think the game is worth it.

If she is in your contacts list then you already have it. The option to ask for a girl's phone number adds the person to your contacts list so you can interact with them at any time. If you have sex with a girl, you automatically have her phone number.

Yes you can but you need to remember the following.
1. At first you need to become best friends with the people you want to recruit.
2. A person from a rich family will not join your gang.
3. A person who is a nerd/sissy will also not join your gang.
4. A person who has a good job will not join your gang ie. police officer, mercenary etc.
