namely the body type hasnt changed to anything other than Toned or Athletic and mind you that has been the case for every single character even when just starting a new game

The guild is probably the worst place to look for females. I recommend either the nightclub or nude beach and you'll have better success. If you visit the strip club enough, you can also meet and interact with the strippers from hour 22 and later I believe. You can also meet girls at the theatre, parties, and high society receptions. If you want to get slaves, I recommend being a taxi driver and kidnapping them. You'll then have to train them at your farm.
Known issue. That is only one aspect of the girl's characteristics. Female body preferences:
- Weight
- Muscles
- Height
- Breast size
- Ass size
- Hair length
- Hair color
- Skin characteristics (natural or tattoos/piercings)
- Pregnancy chance
dynamic $d_beautify
You may need to click on 'Refresh Screen' in the cheat menu to update the NPC view.

No on asking them to quit their job without cause (without being your whore). I don't see this as being realistic. Times are hard in the Evil 2 world and most people are poor. Asking them to starve to death isn't going to go over very well. You still have the option with console commands, even though you don't wish to use them:
work[npc]=0
The bribing their boss to get them fired from their job has merit. I'll think about this...
No on the camwhore question. I usually just assign them to my brothel if they reject being a camwhore as the pay will be greater overall long term (but less short term). Whores are not like slaves who will obey your every command. Whores are more like loyal employees whom you have moderate control over but not total control. If you want to use console commands, you can remove them as a student which is the most common reason for camwhore rejection:

If they are married:
marry[npc]=0
There is an option, already in the game, that allows you to convince a married woman to divorce her husband. You have to have a near perfect relationship score with her, own the mansion, and have a good reputation.

If you convince someone to divorce then it doesn't record it in the "tell me about yourself" page.
Edit: I think that when you get someone clean from drugs (by withholding them option) then it also doesn't get recorded.
Edit: Is it intentional that girls that you have relationship with can't count higher than 6 when you ask them "How many boyfriends have you had?"? Because everyone else doesn't have that problem. Then again, they don't mention which one you would be either.

Medical center no longer increases beauty score in latest update? teeth, smile and other operations don't increase beuaty?

Fixed the first two. I'll have to think about the third.
There's a difference between how many guys a girl has had sex with and those who were actually their boyfriend and not just a hookup or one night stand. For example, slutty girls who sleep around a lot usually have lots of hookups but few boyfriends (the same with prostitutes and sex workers). This code could definitely be improved.
I also added in your feature request to bribe a girl's boss to get them fired. It only took me 30 minutes to code so those types of features I'm willing to consider implementing. Conditions:
* Own the mansion
* Have a good reputation
* Can't be a doctor or businesswoman as they are often self-employed and don't have a boss
Bribe amount is adjusted based on several factors such as how valuable the employee is and the type of job. Relationship doesn't matter since it plays no role in bribing her boss. You can even get enemies fired from their job with this feature as I see no reason to not allow it.
I also improved the code a bit for asking a married woman to divorce her husband.
Feel free to play with this new code until I make a more official release.

This is still working but if the girl has a beauty score over 50 she often already has good physical attributes (the small improvement doesn't increase her beauty score, however it is still an improvement) . I tested it with a girl with a beauty score of 36 and got her beauty up to 50 just by doing all the beauty salon and medical center treatments.

It's bundled with the game.
To start the game, open up 'qspgui.exe' in the Evil 2 game folder - Quest - Open Game - 'Evil2-spectre1viper.qsp' (located in the 'Evil' folder).
So I have npc from high society that keep starting jobs but can't keep one
Like in the second image she is currently unemployed.

I'm not sure why you're sad. You said that your starting beauty was too high. It's just more realistic now after noobtrain's update. I played with patch 3.1 and it's still possible to max your beauty and hit 100 even with the nerf. The player just doesn't start off with near maxed looks anymore.
