i tried opening qsptools but the launcher just carshes.
did you use a different method? :unsure:

I use QSPGEN to open the .qsp/.gam file and then Game -> Export text file in TXT2GAM format. After that you can use TEXT2GAM splitter if you want to split the one huge text file into many sub files, making it much easier to translate and troubleshoot errors.

There were actually two downloads in the uptown forum, the one Tom provided was just an update file. This should be the full game. (Though you still need to overwrite the QSP with the uupdate file, so bifijasy's and citron's translations should still work)

Edit: Also, not a mod. From what I read, the author had actually gone on hiatus to let the many russian modders of the game give her (yeah, the author's female) new ideas, and she used the mods as inspiration for the recent updates. So, this is an official update, and there are likely more updates coming. We might need to remove the "Abandoned" tag :p

Thanks a bunch, was pulling my hair out trying to figure out a way to get everything translated that I wouldn't have to basically do by hand, 5k letters at a time.

Though, having trouble getting divorced/starting a gang. And getting the teacher quest to proc.

You just need 5k cash to start a gang right? Or do you need like, a cool car as well?

because DeepL is MTL, it has better translation than google,
sadly only few country can use api version and the free version always error translating big file,
so im using free version by splitting the dictionary into 2500 lines and combine it at the end

Right that's the roommate discount version you can get as a male hero. But you used to also be able to just have 5000 in cash and invite a best friend (that was also the guy)

Which is why 'Yougang' is there I assume, since yougang=1 would mean you already have a gang.

Maybe it was removed, who knows

Update: Found it! money>=5000 and yougang=0 and mast[npc]=1 and pistik[you]>0:
So yeah, you need a handgun, 5k, and to form the gang you need a 'been in jail' criminal type. After that you can probably invite random people

Update Update: Releasing sextapes on enemies doesn't seem to be working though.

Found it, whatever they did to the QSP file made it incompatible with any of the latest versions the quest soft player. Mine stopped crashing with QSP v.5.

I attached a compressed file for anyone having trouble with crashes.

Tried it, replaced all files, still crashes the moment I open it. Could it somehow be language related?

Ok, so this gets continued while EVIL 2 is now stomped, did I get that right?
Will content be transferred or something(or is there even more content in 2 since I never played the first one)
