Suggestions
1. If the MC teacher's reputation gets high enough, say 50-75, then at the PTA meeting the parents can vote on who is the best teacher in the school. If you win, you get a one-time boost of 10-25 to your reputation.
2. If the MC teacher's reputation gets super high, say 100+, then at the PTA meeting the parents can vote whether you should be tenured or not. If you become tenured, then short of a student getting impregnated or dying in your classroom, you cannot be fired even if your reputation later falls to zero or less.
3. Consider p fisting, a fisting, p kissing to deep thr, golden showers, teacher dressing up in drag or sexy, etc. as possible exam distractions.
4. If a student passes and exam, you have the option of cheating the results. Basically, you trash the real exam paper, bring out an old one which failed, and simply change the names on the papers. If you don't get caught, that student fails anyway. If you do get caught, huge loss to your reputation. Also, get caught 3 times and you get fired unless you are tenured.
5. Students who fail an exam 3 times in a row, must sit out for 1-3 weeks. 1 week if missed passing by 1 point in best test, 2 weeks if missed passing by 2 points in best test, 3 weeks if really did badly. The time off is so they can go to regular classes to study before doing exams again. This is good for you. Keeps them in school while you have an exam break from them.
6. After exams are done, you should have the option to talk to other teachers about releasing 1 student for private tutoring.
Success pends on your reputation with other teachers. Doing favors or giving bribes to other teachers increases your other teacher reputation, losing students or lowering your school rep increases yout other teacher reputation, gaining students or gaining school rep, lowers your other teacher rep. The other teacher can accept or deny your request to take one of their students. If you succeed, we go to tutoring. There you can a) teach wrong information to significantly dumb down your student b) molest, abuse, torture, have shex with the student in detention which may increase their fear of you or corrupt them more towards the path of becoming shex addict to you.
7. With PTA approval may change location and time of exam to say, the beach, a motel room, a strip club, etc.
8. Would like to see various swimsuits as alternative clothing options.
9. Consider offering a student a hall pass so they can skip doing the exam that day. Basically you talk to negotiate a deal.
You can bribe student, let student abuse you, offer discrete sex outside of school, etc. Good way to keep students you know who would resist all normal efforts and graduate. However, if student h8s you, they will demand to stay in class for test, be more focused, and bad mouth you to their parents lowering your school rep.
10. With PTA approval or high rep loss if done without approval, you can remove all desks and chairs in the classroom forcing students to do test while sitting on floor. Put food and ants on floor and students will stand and dance while doing test. Very, very distracting. Teacher could lay back on sofa in room while students do test. He can moan and wank.
Easy to justify all this. Work with headmaster to get transferred to a tiny room for exam. No room for desks and chairs so making adjustments to facilitate exam.
