So if I want to have sex with my roommate at night I have to watch my landlord fuck my landlady first, despite having the NTR option disabled? Is this a bug, or should I put this game on my ignore list

Yes, it is, if the woman is a love interest of the protagonist, and in this case it's clear that she is, since she's one of the only two women we can have relationships with.
I'm waiting for confirmation from the developer that this isn't a bug, or if it's just a covert way of forcing this fetish on the player.
No, this is not a bug. It is difficult to call it NTR - so this scene is possible to encount with NTR-off

Thank you. I just think that for NTR there needs to be some kind of cheating to player, but wife can't cheat on her lover with her husband. Or can?) In any case, it's interesting. Perhaps in future upds I'll add another option for disabling minor episodes with landlady-landlord, if that's important

idea.. id say leave it the way it is right now, play like the landlady wont admit feelings or the encounter with the player till a later update where she will be forced to admit to it and have to make a choice.
I mean, there's all the stuff you can choose when you click on their portraits, if that's what you mean? But you mentioned talking to them so I'm not sure if that's what you're referring to since that's the same interface.

Well if you read the changelog the dev mentions 2 new interactive branches, considering he also mentions the talking system separately I imagine it's something different.
That's right. Two interactive branches: 1) NTR 2) the second variation of nightevent (which you may encount with higher lust stats)
I don't understand what sort of actions the MC can do. All I get is touch,Kiss, flirt. How to unlock other actions? I have almost 100 in relationship and llust
I cannot seem to see the second night event ( everyone's lust is at 100, corruption 250+, and relationship 400+) I have my "Roommate" preggo, but see no way of making the "Landlady" preggo. Movie event doesn't count for some reason considering the end result it should. Beyond that, I'm not sure how else I get the opportunity. What am I missing?
hmm I checked - the second scene is called up normally (standing doggy). In new update, there will be an option to choose the desired one if the requirements for all are met
upd: there are some bugs with pregnancies - already being fixed
