I just checked mine. They are all clickable. (Can't confirm if any finish short or not).
I'd redownload the gallery mod, so you know it's latest version and that you are using 0.7.2. version of game & mod.
If that doesn't work. You could try Shut game, delete persistent file from save folder and renpy folder and reopen game.
oh I removed the save data in roaming folder and now it works. thanks!

restore or copy saves files from \game\saves to appdata\renpy just in case.

You don't have to. The next time he opens game they will automatically restore in the appdata anyway. Copying them across could just recreate the same problem he had before.
Scroll further down - I made the mistake of thinking it was only the first two lines that was available.
Hopefully something happens with game rather it gets updated or something its a very good game and i saw it might be abandoned witch sucks if true
