I asked this question to another kind poster here, but I'd love to know what software do you use to make these, is it also an online GIF maker like Ezgif? or something local?

I cut the scenes in Photoshop and join them together on ezgif. This is the best method I found quality wise.

Just curious, have you try Gifski for this? never used ezgif since I usually avoid online tools, but so far Gifski give the best quality when compared to ffmpeg or imagemagick.

Never heard of it. As I said, I only use ezgif for joining the individual gif files into one. But all of the individual gif scenes I do in Photoshop. The cutting, resizing, cropping, moving, exporting to gif, the quality all comes from PS.
Gifski looks like a great tool if you have a video that's already cut and done to the exact thing you want it to be, but it would require at least double the work and triple the time to re-render every scene to a video just convert them in this.
