This game is phenomenal - i just wish there was actual scenes of pregnancy instead of the allusion of it ....and longer scenes of course
The Orc can be fought as Ahyana where she initially lost to the lewd demon in the northern cave. You have to rescue her with belva first tho
You can only switch characters in the single dog zone south, goblin zone west and double dog cave north. its only in the skills menu when you are inside these three zones, but not mid-battle
I rescued her from the werewolf and teleported away afterwards but I can't select the team option when entering one of the three zones and even though the 'realm of lust' opened I can't seem to find that either.
How do you access the parallel world with a new save? I went to the clinic but I can't go down the stairs, I can only treat passives..
it's not clear why it was necessary to do a bunch of clicks and ridiculous skills when you can't leave the battle or save. A really ridiculous game due to the lack of settings for mobs that just wander around the entire zone with auto-targeting

You gain access later in the game.
You need to clear some zones (may be only one ... possibly all three ... I don't remember)

an interesting game, but after spending far too long stuck in a battle loop with wild dogs (kill one and a new battle starts instantly with no opportunity to move) and finding that there are so many of the mobs, and they respawn faster than you kill them per day, and have an auto target ability so they home in your character is annoying. I just gave up
Ah alright, I just reached the goblin area, might have to keep going a bit further, thank you.
TO EVERYONE BEFORE COMPLAINING ABOUT ENEMIES TAKING TO LONG
Go into WWW, Data, and open the enemies file. Then you can change their stats.
I cannot speak to the current update but I believe the last time I set "one off" enemies to about half of what they were and "horde" enemies to around... 200 maybe?
Since the enemies go first and the debuff causes your hit chance to drop, it's still perfectly feasible to "play normally" and still get corrupted. I will see if I can get it done by tonight but it's one in the morning and the gnomes are back.

the amount of monster spawn is bs, stuck in the same spot for 214219401809419074193048 amount of time, PLEASE REDUCE THE AMOUNT OF MONSTER SPAWN
You can reduce them with Mtool pretty easily if you use it, just set them to whichever you want. Should be the only tags around 70 or so. Alternatively you can change their health in the data folder so you kill them in one hit.
Ahyana should be pretty much clean, not sure about Belva, I think she comes out as a whore. High level, plenty of cash. I changed the enemies health, but that shouldn't cross over via the save. I also loaded it into Mtool, so let me know if there are any issues. You might need to pump some STR.
