It's the complete collection of all the Charlotte II episodes from 2023-24 in one product - which is a convenient alternative, since otherwise you'd have to get them individually from their Ci-en.
While it's not a real game, it does have voiceover. So, basically just a bonus selection of continuous scenarios akin to a VN.

I'd definitely like to get a thread made for it though, and the OP here updated with a link to that.

VPN could work, can't say for sure but it's worth a shot.

I know for a fact that a VPN gets you through their IP filter and lets you view the thing. Just put yourself in Japan.
I can't tell you how far their blocking goes though. Technically they could still block purchase by detecting what credit card you're using. If you're using a foreign card they might still block the purchase at that point.
