Tbc, the game is very good as male protag's angle and Patrick's fall into (or not) cuckolding theme. It's well written, with good graphics and more importantly good shot selections, interesting version of corrupting meter. The only aspect where it doesn't deliver is in the female protag department - there isn't one. There's a toggle for her pov, but it's Patrick who fully controls her actions in each day and has all the agency. So unless it's some un-obvious pathing that I'm missing, it's just this site's misleading tag being an issue, nothing else really.
Hey everyone. I've been reading your comments about the latest update, and I can’t stay quiet. I’m disappointed in it myself. I poured so much time and energy into filling out all the different story branches, only to realize in the end that it hurt the overall quality of the game. Before the release, I was in a spot where I just couldn’t keep up with creating content for every path, so there was this rush, which led to mistakes, haste, missing animations, cut scenes, and so on. That’s on me — I overcomplicated the script trying to meet everyone’s preferences, and it only gave me a headache and dropped the quality. Well, lesson learned. It stings a bit because I invested so much effort and emotion into this update, and all I ended up with was an average rating—"very low effort game." I’m starting to think maybe I should try my hand at a completely different genre
Nah man, the update was good, the game is still great - but this update showed the clear symptoms of rushing to complete & include content. You are the master of the NTR/NTS genre, so don't doubt your skills in regards to those - you know what they say: "happens to the best of us".
If what others say is true, and this was always intended to be a shorter project, then having 4 different routes was a bit ambitious, as well as dangerous - satisfying so many routes on such a short schedule was bound to cause a 'leak' somewhere, and the cheating/sharing route suffered the most. Things simply escalated too fast, with Emma deciding to cheat in the next room to the MC (cheating usually starts further away from the spouse/partner), and each path only got a few renders to look at (the anticipated action ended too fast for it to have "weight" as the next step in their relationships).
For me, this update is still a solid 7/10, so nothing to be embarrassed about; just lessons to learn.
I think Emma will take an erotic photo with Phillip (gym guy) and then they'll get out of hand and go to threesum with Martin.
My hope is that this becomes a new fantasy for the three of them and they grow their 'portfolio' by swapping guys.

I think you are being too harsh to yourself, everyone makes mistakes (I don't even know if this one counts as a mistake) but just learn from it and move on. I think you should focus on just NTS part of your game which I think you execute the best out of all other branches. There are plenty of cheating bull shit, what makes you different IMO is your talent while scripting NTS.
Focus on your strength, reduce the branches so that updates will have more content in only one branch and move on!
I really like your communication with your audience please keep it up <3
Firstly, I though last update told us if Emma's corruption meter goes beyond red zone it won't come down or something. But in this update it goes down to pale red zone bottom if I choose to cockblock Martin too much. So I guess the corruption bar doesn't have that much impact in this update, Right?
So, Here's all the scenes that I found in this update, please let me know if I missed any:
Also I noticed other than pure route Emma is more into Martin, like in Share Route She couldn't tell if Patrick Climaxed or not but had an Orgasm the moment Martin blow in her mouth.
Though I enjoyed Ep 04 but to me Ep 03 was great because dialogues and scenes changed depending on choice and Emma's Corruption level.

You are correct that MC/reader choices affect her corruption level.
And any non-corruption choices (up until #11) will keep her off the "cheating" path, meter won't go red.
One could argue it's a non consenting cuckold path , but that seems a lot like cheating...
The argument that the MC "made her do it", by corrupting her, is weak.
Unless you think the MC isn't allowed to sort out emotions and then decide no, this isn't what I want before it actually goes too far and thoughts turn to actions...
Subsequent choices affect how far/fast Emma's cheating actions progress.
And again, people may want to argue that a hand job or fingering isn't "cheating"...
But, that's bull
I agree, the MC/reader has the choice, Emma is just "going" along, especially early on.
And even though the MC is "sorting his emotions", Emma does reach the point where she has more agency in what happens (red meter).
Her "progression" can be checked by MC/reader choices after the meter goes red, but Emma is moving more toward her own choices after that point, and the MC/reader may have no impact on Emma having sex with Martin in later updates...
In an "NTR/S" game with branching paths, the reader is going to have the "agency", either from the male and/or female protag perspective. If the reader's choices have no impact, it's just a linear cheating story, or whatever single path plot the author chooses to make it.
I am guessing because it makes it easier for the rendering? There's something fucky about the ring finger having an object attached to it, though I am merely speculating.
I've taken a peek inside the game's code... and found a reason why the dev might be struggling with coding all of these paths.
Every single option in the game is just labeled "option <x>".

This has been the M.O. for most the developer's games and I made peace with it. Unlike the last game, Pineapple Express, where they used multiple variables to track the same route at least so far in this one they have been using the same ones.

Not in my case. I make sure to properly label the variables so that recalling them when appropriate is easier because the naming convention makes sense & easy to understand.
I know there needs to be a balance in this as well, else you can end up with variables called "Emma_HighCorruption_LowLove_CuckPath_Points" which is just unwieldy to manipulate with in code.

I haven't, but I did hear some of the experts in rendering say that Daz3D acts funny with rings (or other similarly small objects like that), so many devs just skip opting that detail in.
Hey Dimajio 333. You definitely shouldn't change genres, as you are a master in this one. Mistakes or inaccuracies always happen and I don't think anyone in your fan base will hold that against you. I know the pressure is high, everyone expects you to provide a perfect and quick update and unfortunately there are also reviews from people that aren't so good just because they don't see what they want to see in the update. But that usually has little to do with the quality of the game. So don't let it demoralize you and carry on like this, your fan base is growing and that is the best encouragement for your work.
I second everything you said. There is a wide array of taste, and no one can make everyone happy. People tend to forget lots of work go into these games we love. If a fan base is growing that is all you need to know if you are doing well. Least in my opinoin.
