How do one unlock the patreon or locked animations? Ive used the patches but not working

Added for anyone who tried to apply my Uncovered patch to Exposed
Edit: There are also images in the files that have no where to go. There's no block on them. They can only be activated by inserting dialogue into the code that is not currently present.

Just downloaded the compressed version on this page ( Ep. 4.0 Patreon fresh install) and the Mod referenced above and the text is still reading Mentor and Student. Thought this was also the IC patch?
Did an install of the game directory and overwrote files. WT seems to work.

The patch is tested. All patreon scenes are available.

The developer gave the game native incest and custom name options. So, I removed my edits in that regard. Players can set the name and relationship in the same window as the list of episodes. At the bottom you'll see the menu to set names.

Edit: I re-introduced my old custom name and incest edits to make it simpler.
