On Mega download freeze/stops at 66% roughly after the first 1MB, tried two times with many hours in between.

So, guys I've installed "Exposed-5.0FinalP" and overwritten the content of "Exposed_5_Patreon_GoldenGob_incest_custom_name_walkthrough" in the game folder. Now I'm getting a "duplicated labels" error. It seems there are some files that have the same-name labels in the "Episodes" and "Patreon" folders. I have no idea why nobody's made a fuss about that. Am I missing something here? How do you install the game?

Sounds like you played the game before installing the mod. That means your game generated rpyc files. Those are the duplicates. Solution: search and delete all rpyc files. Or delete the game and reinstall. Before you play it, install the mod. And don't worry that no one else asked. Sometimes people don't ask because they're afraid to look dumb. Good that you asked, I added an explanation to the mod post.

You were totally right that the problem was that the rpyc files had already been generated before the mod was added. However, I had never opened the game before. So that means the game was uploaded with the rpyc files already generated. At least, that's how it was loaded on the VikingFile site from which I downloaded it. Those who want to use the mod should pay attention to this.

That said, since the rpy versions of three rpyc files are not contained in the game, I didn't delete them. I hope they don't cause any issues later. (Episode1Remake.rpyc, Episode4BadEnd_Highway.rpyc, Episode4BadEnd_Desert.rpyc)

Edit: I have a habit of adding a small file that activates developer and console mode to every Ren'Py game I install. When I added this file to the game, I ran into the same error. So, the duplicate issue was probably caused by this file in the first place. The "config.developer=True" statement causes an error in the game somehow. If you insist on using it, you should be able to open it from the console within the game without any trouble.

um cant we just have one dl for those of us that want IC in the game rather than all this complication?

Just download the game, make a fresh installation and then add the patch into the folder called "game"! Then add old saves, if you have any, if they are compatible and if there is no new content in which you are interested in before your first save!
Never make an installation over an existing one! Always use a new folder! That's a general rule. And always make a virus check!
It is really no rocket science.
