Nope. Not sure it why it was marked completed.
When they updated this in begining of may they said

A continuation of the final episode is here! Bringing the extended hotel scenes and a progression of the thrilling story!

Hope you enjoy it as we head towards the finale in the next update!

No matter what, the latest 2 patreon scenes won't unlock in the gallery. I don't see any ingame walkthrough, too.

If you scroll back one page, I posted an overview of the scenes that my patch opens. This is from my own playthrough. If there are now newer scenes, that would be news to me. The walkthrough consists of answers for the points questions and guidance for menu choices. If you don't see those, the patch hasn't been applied correctly.
