Yes this is the same creator Abere Lucifer formally known as Doc Production. EC was originally going to be a prequal to 23 Sisters but Doc quickly changed the story to an alternate universe so he wouldn't brake his no NTR rule.

When you have problems after installing a mod, it is best to contact the mod developer with the issue, because the game dev won't change anything to make their game compatible with a mod.
For me no issues with the mod, I assume there is something wrong in your game or mod installation. According your errors there is a file missing with those variables defined (probably the Koga3mod.rpy).
