You should get a text from the HHS (I got it after doing the stream iirc), then you'll be able to click the "submit" button on the HHS site and hand over photos for varying amounts of cash.

I just recreated it.
You need to watch the stream using your PC, then watch it again and buy the private show. The next afternoon when she's home, tell her in the backyard. The next day, you'll get the text for HHS.
